Insgesamt top! Zwar würde ab und zu mal eine neue Bratpfanne angebracht sein. Ansonsten würden wir das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Aussicht, egal von welcher Terrasse - ob vom Pool, vom Wohnzimmer und erst recht von der Dachterrasse mit Whirpool - ist einfach grandios. Abends im dunkeln bei Vollmond und unter dem Sternenhimmel im Whirpool sitzen, mit Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt - das hat schon was.

Lovely Villa with a fantastic view.
Villa was just as described. With just the issue with poor water pressure that we coped with. The location was what gave it the great views and was fine with a hire car and walkable to the centre in half hour. Did have builders working next door on the last couple of days, but the noise wasn't too bad. Overall a perfect stay.

Amazing holiday in an beautiful villa
We stayed here for 2 weeks in September 2023 8 adults 1 2 year old. Very spacious villa over 3 floors plenty of space to chill away from each other. 4 spacious bedrooms. Would recommend a car we did have one very quiet area. Pool is a good size and the hot tub was amazing at night looking at the stars. Plenty of untensils in kitchen had a barbecue which was great. Tv had lots of English channels hubby was happy as he didn’t miss his football. If we ever come back to Caleta we would definitely use this villa again. Peter and Nico were great very friendly. Lovely villa and view
The villa is simply beautiful and stunning views.A car is a must just to get about and explore the island as well as doing shopping popping in and out of town.It’s a lovely walk down but hard work walking up the hill. Cockroaches were a problem tho which we did complain about and told them there was a nest but they just left a spray.To make it perfect sort out the cockroaches and air con is needed as fans just didn’t touch the heat

We are so pleased that you had a great time but I am so sorry to hear about cockroaches, unfortunately as the managers explained the road below us had the drains bombed so we did get a few strays that climbed up to us. You will see we have never had a mention of aircon before as it isn't normally needed as we have a fantastic cool through breeze but as you know we have just had a freakishly hot weather which wasn’t normal at all. We do hope that we see you again soon.

Worth the wait!!
This was our first holiday in over 4years and it was absolutely worth the wait. The villa is just beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed. It was lovely and clean and so comfortable to stay in. Peter was fantastic on arrival and had worked hard to get the villa ready for us, we arrived a little earlier than planned but it wasn’t a problem at all. Location is fantastic, you can appreciate the peace and quiet from the villa along with the fabulous views and then only a short trip into town when we fancied getting out and about. We will most definitely be back. Thanks very much for having us!

Toller Urlaub!
Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und die Lage ist gut. Es ist sehr schön, sowohl beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon, am Pool als auch im Whirlpool den Ausblick auf das Städtchen und das Meer zu haben. Ein durchgehender Mietwagen ist sehr empfehlenswert, mit dem Auto ist alles lebensnotwendige (Lidl, Hyper Dino, Shopping Mall, Restaurants und der Strand) innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die An- und Abreise und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war nett, freundlich und vollkommen unkompliziert. Sehr gerne wieder!!!

Excellent Villa
Our recent stay at Villa Tamonante was excellent. The villa has all the amenities you need although I would recommend having a car. Caleta de Fuste is only 10 minutes in the car. We had a number of lovely days by the pool, evenings in the hot tub or playing pool in the games room and enjoying beautiful sunrises on the terrace. We are a family of 4 and there was ample room over the three floors so everyone had their own space. Peter and Nico were really helpful, responsive and always on hand. I would highly recommend without hesitation and am hoping to get back next year. Thank you all for an enjoyable relaxing break.

Lovely villa quiet, peaceful and relaxing
Lovely villa ideal for 2 families to share as you have 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor. Everything you could need is there. Peter is very helpful and quick to sort out any issues. We had no TV in the villa for a week boys were a bit disappointed as wanted to watch sport. Richard fixed it just in time for FA cup final. The tv’s in all the other rooms except the main room did not work at all in our 2 week stay. It takes between 20 and 35 mins to walk down hill into the resort, a taxi back is between €3 to €4 we always gave €5. It’s About €5 to the Mercadona and Lidl. We BBQ quite a bit and played pool most days made great use of the villa. If you like the beaches hire a car as the beaches are beautiful you could be in the Caribbean. We will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend this villa. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben das Haus zu zweit angemietet, obwohl es für mehrere Personen (6-8) ausgelegt ist. In unserem Fall war das gut, den es gab einen Wasserschaden, der zwei der Schlafzimmer beschädigt hat. Für uns nicht weiter schlimm und es wurde sich darum gekümmert. Super netter Empfang. Peter war über WA immer schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und nichts zu meckern. Gerne wieder.

Great Family Holiday
Villa Tamonante provided a great base for us to have a brilliant holiday as a family of 5 though can comfortably sleep up to 8. The facilities provided both internally and externally were superb, particularly the heated pool and Hot tub on the roof terrace. Kitchen well stocked with all you would need and Villa was really clean, the TV had all channels you could wish. Wi-Fi decent on the main floor in the lounge. Bed and bathrooms well sized with en suite in the master and two further shower / bathrooms which had great hot running water a plenty. Lots of external space across 3 levels with stunning views back into Caleta with good sun beds and modern patio furniture to use to relax on. Finally, the Property team in Peter and Nico are excellent in helping manage our stay with timely e-mails and easily accessible by phone , meeting us promptly on our last day to help us get away to the airport .

Amazing villa with exceptional views!
Wow! As a family of 8 adults, we were concerned how living all in one villa was going to work. But we did not need to worry. There was enough space for everyone! The villa is on 2 levels which worked out great for us. There was everything we needed. From kitchen utensils to wii games. Everything was covered. The villa is situated on a hill. It's around a 20 minute walk downhill to town and only €4-5 back up to the villa via a taxi. The taxi's are very easy to book and reliable. Peter from the maintenance team, was also helpful and always contactable. We arrived early in the morning and they were able to get the villa ready very quickly for us. Bedding and furnishings were clean and fresh and the washing machine was very convenient. The views were amazing from every terrace, with views of the town, bay and beach. The pool is a good size. Big enough for a float on a lilo or 2. There's a good size fridge freezer in the kitchen and a dishwasher. We got a taxi to the Mercadona supermarket next to Lidl and did a 'big' shop. This cost €6 for 8 of us each way. There was also a smaller supermarket and a brit supermarket only a 20 minute walk away. The villa was in a good location for us. It had everything we needed and we look forward to our next stay at the property.

Urlaub mit Freunden
Allgemein könne wir sagen, dass das Objekt auf Fuerteventura unglaublich toll war. Besonders die Terrasse, der Pool und der Whirlpool haben es perfekt gemacht. Aber auch genau so die Größe der Unterkunft und die Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus war optimal. Um das Haus war eine sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft, sodass man vollkommen seine Ruhe hatte. Wir haben eine wundervolle Aussicht sowohl am Tag, als auch in der Nacht genossen. Die Ausstattung war auch genial. Es war alles reichlich da! Um die Unterkunft waren viele tolle Möglichkeiten, die man hätte unternehmen können. Sowie mit Auto als auch zu Fuß konnte man alles sehr gut erreichen. Ein traumhafter, türkis-blauer Strand in der Nähe, Shoppingcenter, Restaurants, Wassersport Möglichkeiten und vieles mehr :) Besonders nett war die Ankunft und der Vermieter, der uns super herzlich empfangen hat. Auch die Kommunikation vor der Anreise hat hervorragend geklappt und ohne Probleme. Es war allgemein ein wunderschöner Urlaub, der ohne die Unterkunft nicht annähernd so schön wäre! Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Super Villa in super Lage
Wir haben von der Mitte der Insel alles gut erkunden können. Ein Auto ist Voraussetzung - aber das ist vorher bekannt. Als Familie schätzt man alle Vorteile des Hauses. Wir haben an manchen Tagen auch einfach den Pool am Haus genutzt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Größe ist auch für 2 Familien ausreichend.

We loved the position of the property. Although a long walk from Caleta the views are amazing. It is a pleasant but longish walk into town, or you can drive and park half way and walk the rest. There are restaurants and supermarkets within an easy walk from the villa.

Really great to be back in the Lovely Villa Tamonante with the great views and fadclities.
Villa Tamonante has everything we need as a family, the only thing the villa could do with is air on in the bedrooms, we knew that the property didn’t have any air con, so we brought our own fans for the bedrooms, the owner does supply these aswell. The air-con would take the villa to then next level of comfort... we will definitely be back with or without air-con in the future... property management Jane and her Husband are very welcoming and extremely helpful knowledgable about the area and Island in general... the whole experience from booking to handing keys back could be simpler... Hi Wayne, Thank you for taking the time to review us. Yes it was much warmer than normal in the evening we had a freak heatwave which we only normally get in October time. We have fans but have only ever needed to get them out a couple of times last year so feel bad charging for aircon when it would hardly be used because of the through breeze. Stunning property, great location and amazing facilities.
We returned to this area of Fuerteventura after spending the last 12 or so visits in Coraleja based on the reviews and details of the property. We were not disappointed in any way. For us the location was perfect - an opportunity to wander up and down the hill to the sea front and take it all in. We experienced the worst winds we have ever encountered on the island during our week. One benefit the villa has is some good protection from the wind. All in all this place lived up to expectations and we definitely recommend it.

Gorgeous Villa
Such a beautiful Villa, Beds are memory foam so very comfortable, has all amenities could you wish for, even down to a beach tent in the cupboard and lunchboxes for the beach. Beds were changed weekly, decor is lovely, great location, beautiful views, easy check in, large rooms. Negatives: the BBQ is chained downstairs next to the pool when the kitchen is on the middle floor so is silly as you cant socialise whilst cooking and the lighting down the side where it is is so bad that you cant see if food is cooked so have to keep removing food, coming upstairs and seeing if cooked and going back down again. we had intentions of barbecuing most nights but ended up gong out as was so difficult. It would be okay of you BBQ before 7pm when it gets dark but still need to go up and down constantly, seems silly that its not on the terrace with the dining table and kitchen. The hot tub: We used it once for 5 minutes as the chlorine level is so high that it burnt our eyes. Few things that would make life easier and more enjoyable - putting a fridge in the games room by the pool as to traipse up and down the stairs is annoying, especially when there is 6 people that needs drinks constantly. Also, Making the outside lights brighter as are so dim. Overall though we did love t and would definitely book again.

Fantastic Villa with Amazing Views
What an amazing Villa! The views are fabulous and the accommodation cannot be faulted, very well stocked and more than plenty of room for the 4 of us. Having the pool table, pool and hot tub were fantastic. We spent many evenings watching the sunset from the hot tub on the roof. Glad we had the car to explore the island although we would have been just as happy at the Villa. Thanks to Jane and Alan for the warm welcome and organising our grocery pack which was much appreciated on arrival. We will definitely be returning and can highly recommend this lovely accommodation for a luxurious getaway!

Superb Holiday Rental
Let's start with this is one of the best equipped holiday rentals that we've had through HomeAway! The pictures for the villa are spot-on with regards to description. Set at the top of Chipmonk Mountain on the outskirts of Calette, the villa is ideally situated within a mainly residential area, but with similar rental properties either side. Situated over 3 floors, there are great views over the town, sea and nearby golf course. On the top floor of the villa is your own spa jacuzzi big enough for 5, along with 2 sunbeds. Due to the climate on the island, it's usually very windy on this floor which makes the 35 degree heat of the hot tub even more enjoyable. On the main floor is the spacious living & dining space, with adjacent kitchen. Patio doors lead out to a very large patio with corner suite and dining furniture. There are also 2 bedrooms on this level, one of which is en-suite. Going down the interior stairs takes you to 2 further bedrooms and another bathroom. At the end of this area, and adjacent to the outside space, is a large family room complete with pool table, sofas, wii and ipod dock. Patio doors take you outside to your own private pool, which although isn't massive in size, was big enough for the 4 of us in at a time. Plenty of sunloungers beside the pool. a charcoal BBQ and further tables & chairs. There were also pool inflatables available for our use. The house was really clean when we arrived and we had paid for a welcome pack as well - given our arrival time, it was appreciated. Directions from the airport were faultless and we were met by the management team of Jane & Alan who made us feel most welcome for our entire stay. Roughly 20 minutes walk down the hill to mostly British themed restaurants and pubs which are with a low-level hotel complex...supermarket, Indian, Nestors steak, Pizzart. A further 10-15 minutes takes you down to the town itself with its variety of eateries, clubs and bars. On the way back, a taxi costs in the region of 4 euros. We'd highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a relaxed break away where you can stay in peace and quiet, whilst also enjoying the facilities within a close walking distance.

Nice villa
This villa as many positives but also a few negatives if we are being very fussy. The photos are quite misleading as a good wide angled lense camera was obviously used. Very small impractical kitchen and small swimming pool albeit warm. This pool could not accomadate 4-7 people in it all at the same time. BBQ impractical due to downstairs and you would really be looking to eat upstairs. The positives are aplenty, excellent entertainment, the kids loved the pool table and hot tub. The TV package was superb and the best I have encountered in a rental villa. The location is lovely albeit a long way out although nothing a good walk cant correct, would recommend a taxi back though ( about 3 Euro ). Comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The upstairs seating area ( where BBQ needs to be ) is lovely with excellent views, very nice to chill out late afternoon and evening. Shower/bathrooms adequate. The management team of Alan and Jane were second to none, excellent at getting back to you very quickly and rectifying problems as soon as able. The owners were exactly the same. On arrival the pool was green and Richard sorted it out immediately. Did wonder if pool was cleaned prior to arrival!! Restaurants in town as usual were very nice, our favourites are El Patio and Lins. Ocean View under the Atlantico centre great for breakie! Been to Caletta many times and to us it was very quiet, we hope it perks up. Overall a great villa worth the money we paid and it was great to get away. Would definitely return to this villa as more than adequate for a week or two away.

Fantastic property in a quiet neighbourhood yet only minutes away from beach and restaurants via taxi, would recommend a car or taxi's for trips back to villa as hill is a steep incline but taxi's only cost 3 to 4 euros, as the restaurants are good value for money paying for a taxi after a bottle or two is great ... Plenty to do if you prefer staying in from playing pool, watching sky TV or relaxing in the hot tub and pool at night looking over the neighbourhood and sea. A massive thank you to Jane and Alan for the warmest of welcomes, they are genuinely the nicest of people. Will definitely look at booking again

Fantastic Villa, Amazing views
We stayed at Villa Tamonante for two weeks in April 2019 and loved every minute of it!! As a family of four there was plenty of space, we wanted for nothing!! Well stocked kitchen and linen changed. The friendly welcome and help we received from Jane and her husband was second to none, they are immediately on hand if required with anything you need. I have even learnt to order a taxi in Spanish much to my kids embarrassment!! Taxis are around 4 Euros into the Centre of Castillo and we waited no longer than a couple of minutes. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Best ever villa, spacious, pure comfort with amazing views
March 2019 This Is the best villa we have ever stayed in. The villa is only a short distance from the airport with a large supermarket on route, We hired a car and collected our weekly shopping before we arrived. Jane and Alan meet us Outside and showed us around the villa taking time to explain were everything was making us feel welcome and at home we cannot thank them enough. The villa was very spotless and well maintained with all equipment that’s needed for self catering. There is a tv in every room although it’s only the main living room that’s has all satellite channels you can get some English Channels on the remaining tv’s but they are limited. Bedrooms have very comfortable beds with plenty of wardrobe space. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi with its amazing views from the balcony, we would suggest a hand rail for getting in and out the pool. There are plenty of great day trips to go on including Lanzarote, quad or buggy safari, volcano hike and wine tasting, you could just relax on the beech or sunbath by the pool. Whatever you choose to do I am sure you will have an amazing time we will definitely be booking again soon. A final thank you to Richard the owner and Jane and Alan who all made our holiday special. Great Villa
A wonderful well equipped villa with exceptional views over Caleta de Fuste. The villa is approximately 25min walk downhill to the centre of town or 4 euros in a taxi. taxis are plentiful and prompt when phoned. A nice touch at the villa is how to order a taxi written phonetically. The villa would not suit the less mobile due to the number of stairs but it is pretty stunning. I look forward to visiting again and thanks to Jane & Alan for the guided tour when we arrived, a very nice touch.

Fantastic view
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. Beautiful views from the terrace and the villa itself was great. Plenty of space in the slightly quirky layout which we liked. Any problems which arose were dealt with immediately and communication was excellent. We had a hire car but used taxis to get into town (when we didn't walk). They arrived within minutes and were very cheap (€3.70 for a six seater). Kitchen maybe a wee bit small for a villa this size if we're being very picky but well equipped. If we were to return to Caleta De Fuste we would certainly consider staying here again.

Nice villa
Nice villa, had problem with shower and had to call Jane the manager every day to sort. Jane and Alan were very good and we’re on it. The day before we left, the contractor came out yet again and actually used our stuff to do the job, was not happy at all. Pool heat was lovely, you are a good walk away from town but taxi only cost 4 euros. We did have cockroaches in the villa which we do expect in this country, did inform the managers. Move the villa to the bottom of the hill and we would stay again, but this did put us off. Arrived to a lovely pack of milk and water which I thought was a lovely thought as we got there around 6pm.

Hi Caroline, Thank you so much for your review. I am so sorry about inconvenience with the leak in the shower and mortified that the maintenance people used something of yours to fix it. Lovely holiday
Beautiful villa with beautiful views. You definitely need a car as quite out of the way don’t rely on taxis as we couldn’t get one on an evening. A lovely getaway if you want to be away from hustle and bustle

Parfait
Excellent séjour, maison très spacieuse (4 chambres et nous étions 4). Jaccuzzi super agréable. Plusieurs terrasses avec une superbe vue. Piscine très agréable (nous avions pris l'option chauffée). Bonne localisation pour rayonner sur l'île (mais voiture nécessaire) Assez calme (quelques avions qui passent car prioche de l'aéroport, mais pas gênant du tout) En conclusion : très très satisfait de notre séjour. Merci pour tout !!
