On the first floor, there is an approximately 30-square-meter living-dining area with comfortable seating, a wood-burning stove, and satellite TV with Sky; in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, there is a large dining table that seats six people. The utility room includes, among other things, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and cleaning supplies.
