'Top Hotel. '

'Overall pretty nice hotel although only an outdoor (thus not in service during our Mar stay) pool and is quite noisy on the front side where we were. Quite disappointed that they only had the smallest, cheapest mini-fridge (and it had no shelf) given the hotel is rather expensive. Staff were nice, especially Tyrone who went out of his way to try to address an issue we had. The main drawback to this hotel is that they charge for things other include. The breakfast was OK but an extra $10-20 each...

'Quick check-in, friendly employee at counter. Breakfast was what you can expect from a place like this. Location was decent, altough a few questionable other guests were present. '

'Voor een bezoek aan Graceland is dit een prima accommodatie. Graceland is op 5 minuten rijden. Kamers wad ptima: ruim en een goed bed. Van het zwembad moet je niet teveel verwachten, klein en niet heel schoon. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpxaam.'

'We stayed in room 122. Unknown to us. The room was near a public restroom. All night long the door slammed from individuals going in and out. An easy fix would be adjusting the gas shock to soften the door closure, or at minimum add rubber bumpers to stop the loud bang every time someone enters or exits. Horrible experience.'

'Clean room You have to pay for the breakfast'

'No one at desk when we got there. Had to make noise to locate one. The elevator was making a terrible noise and jumping around so they told us not to use it. We were on the 3rd floor. Floors were dirty. Air didn’t work right. Hairdryer didn’t work so went to desk for another one. Juice was terrible. Restaurants were close by. '
