Customer service was poor to my foreign friends. They took a little longer checking out and instead of being considerate and understanding, they treated them poorly and disrespectful.

The property lost power several times during the early evening during our stay. There were no emergency lights for way finding.

The staff was friendly, helpful, welcoming and very accommodating. The entrance and hall leading to the rooms is beautiful with ornate furniture, and mirrors but does not reflect the outdated worn out furnishings and decor in the rooms.

housekeeping staff was great, but front staff and security there aren’t good. They do not come off as friendly and the hispanic security person is always looking what your doing its his job but the way he goes about it seems shady

I rented these rooms for a trip to Disney land with the grandkids and family. Reserved and paid for my room 2 months in advance. I wasn’t aware the pool was closed. The hallway smelled like shrimp top ramen. No microwave or refrigerator in your room.

This property is located very near to Disney land. I was interested to visit the Universal studios, Santa monica beach and disney. For Universal studios and beaches, I don’t recommend this location. However, the rooms are nice, service is good and location is good depending on what you want to cover. But the wifi is very bad. That is the main complaint I have. Otherwise, overall a good place stayand spend time in LA.

I love the property. I been coming here for a seceral years now and although it's old. I have no complaints about anything in the property. Never had any issues at all, but this last time I was annoyed because the housekeeping was overly rude and being nosey looking inside my room when my husband was still changing and packing his stuff up. Totally not professional even after they knocked and I told them I was doing late check out she was just standing there making faces.

The bathroom light in my room did not work . My tv in the room would not turn on. Also the lock on the door kept on breaking down; luckily we had someone in the room to let us in. I went down stairs to the front dest to get new keys and they still did not want to open the door.

Very disappointed. No housekeeping service but one time on a five day stay. Breakfast was awful, no service, low class people in their pajamas. Never recommended this place.
