Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including a private backyard where you can relax after a day of adventure.

Garage Area is not accessible for guests.

The home also has security cameras for your safety.
Other things to note
After the reservation is confirmed, we will ask you to agree to our house rules and request a government issued ID. Both are required for access to the home.

House Rules:

The home can accommodate a maximum of 9 overnight guests.

No parties or large gatherings, bachelor or bachelorette stays. We have the right to cancel reservations without refund and a fine will be imposed. There is a crowd and noise detection monitors on the property which will alert both host and guests. A fine may be imposed of $1000 to cover any damages.

No smoking inside or outside the property. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air, clean floors, and walls

Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10pm-8am.

No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.

No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture

Pets are not allowed

No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)

Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.

Security System:

We have 8, motion sensor cameras overlooking the front entrance, garage, both sides of the home, and patio area which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area.

All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7 and are actively recording.

There are no indoor cameras within the home.
