This charming 50m² studio apartment in Funchal offers the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking a memorable getaway. Located on the 8th floor and easily accessible by lift, the apartment provides a comfortable and stylish setting for your stay.

The well-equipped kitchen includes all essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals, along with a stove, oven, and microwave. The property also features a washing machine to accommodate your laundry needs for added convenience.

The sleeping area boasts a luxurious king-sized bed dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Situated along Funchal’s vibrant Estrada Monumental, the property offers guests prime access to the island’s beautiful coastline, lively dining scene, and cultural attractions. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the Lido Promenade, a scenic oceanfront pathway that leads to natural pools, beach access, and stunning coastal views—a perfect spot for a morning jog or a leisurely sunset stroll. The nearby Madeira Forum Shopping Center offers a range of shops, supermarkets, and dining options, ideal for picking up essentials or indulging in some retail therapy.

For a taste of Madeira’s cuisine, numerous restaurants and cafés line the surrounding area, including options for fresh seafood, local specialities, and international dishes. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
