The compact kitchenette is equipped with the essentials needed to prepare simple meals during your stay. It includes a microwave, sink, and basic kitchen facilities, making it ideal for preparing breakfast, light lunches, or evening snacks. A small dining table by the window offers a pleasant spot to enjoy your meals while taking in the natural light.

Lastly, the modern bathroom features a refreshing shower and fresh towels provided for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio located on the 1st floor, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout their stay.

Please note that the apartment is only accessible via steep stairs (3 flights of stairs) and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or those travelling with heavy luggage.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Funchal, set in a peaceful area just minutes from the historic city center. Guests can easily explore the charming Old Town, the vibrant Mercado dos Lavradores, and the picturesque marina, all surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafés, and local shops.

Its elevated position offers easy access to some of Madeira’s most iconic attractions, including the beautiful Monte area, the famous Botanical Garden, and the traditional cable car connecting Monte to the city center. The apartment is also an excellent base for discovering Madeira’s stunning levada walks, dramatic viewpoints, and breathtaking coastline.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop is just a 2–3 minute walk from the property, with regular connections to Funchal city centre and other areas of Madeira.

As Madeira does not have a railway network, transportation is primarily provided by buses, taxis, and car hire.

Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport (FNC) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
