This studio is located on the 3rd floor of a former cultural space, now fully renovated and transformed with Great Gatsby-inspired decor, blending cultural elements with practicality, modernity, and comfort. The property accommodates up to 2 people and features an open-plan area with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with shower. The building has a common entrance, lift access, and is situated on Rua Ivens, behind the Funchal Municipal Garden, close to major attractions, restaurants, shopping, and cultural sites in Funchal city centre.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There is no private parking.

AREA
Located in Rua Ivens, behind the Municipal Garden and a minute’s walk from the Municipal Theatre Baltazar Dias, the building is ideally placed for exploring Funchal’s main attractions on foot, including restaurants, bars, museums, the Cathedral, Marina, and Santa Catarina Park.

GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners, offering a more affordable option than airport taxis. The address is easily found using navigation apps if you rent a car.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Guests have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
Support is available at all times, and an app is provided with important property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (ages 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. A payment link will be provided upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
