The spacious apartment features soft, harmonious tones and includes three comfortable suites, a social bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, and a large living room with two seating areas, cable TV, a work area, a dining area, and access to the balcony. One bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower is accessible from the living room, along with a balcony. The other two en-suite bedrooms have double beds; one has a shower, the other a shower and bathtub, both with access to a balcony shared with the living room.

All rooms are elegantly decorated and filled with natural light, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The balcony offers stunning views of the sea, Praia Formosa, and Cabo Girão, with two comfortable sofas and a dining table—perfect for enjoying sunsets with a glass of wine and a cheese board.

Guests have access to three swimming pools, a gym, a snooker table, and gardens. Maximum capacity: 6 persons.

Getting Around:
Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If renting a car, navigation apps easily find the address.

Access:
Full access to all areas of the property.

Interaction:
Support available at all times. An app is provided with important property and local information.

Other Observations:
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as per Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours).
- Bed linen and towels provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request.
- First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket on site.

Attention:
- A municipal tourist tax applies: €2 per person/night (age 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay). Payment link provided at check-in.
- €150 deposit required in advance.
- No pets allowed. Do not feed wild or domestic animals.
- No parties allowed.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
