Savoy Monumentalis VIII is an elegant luxury 1-bedroom apartment, ideal for those who value comfort, tranquility, and panoramic sea views. Accommodating up to 4 guests, it includes a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a guest WC also with shower.

The social area features a living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for family meals or socializing. There is also a pantry for added convenience. The spacious outdoor area provides a pleasant space to relax and enjoy the sea views.

Guests have access to a solarium, garden, and shared pool, perfect for moments of leisure and relaxation. The apartment also includes private parking, ensuring convenience and security throughout the stay.

The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION

We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
