'Most things okay, but as is too often the case, the secure cycle storage requested and confirmed in the booking stage didn't exist! Really not happy leaving an irreplaceable bespoke bicycle in the cleaner's room!'

'We arrived at the hotel late afternoon to find the on site car parking full. We parked on the street outside, checked in, and was given a parking permit for the space we used. We were only there for a couple of nights, and didn't need to move the car until we left. The lady at the reception took us up to our room and showed us in. A little quirk of the hotel is that all the rooms have names that begin with a "G", ours was Gleeful. The room was minimally furnished and the bathroom fairly basic....
