Gaia-your sunny & cozy holiday retreat in Funtana

The apartment is located in Funtana, on the main street from Poreč to Vrsar, and only 600 m walking distance from the nearest beach. Our guests have a FREE parking space, Wifi and air-conditioning; there are no extra charges for anything. Across the street, there is a very good restaurant, Konoba Bare, and a caffe bar, wine shop, pharmacy and bakery within meters from the apartment.
The house is an old building, built in a true Istrian style. The walls are 50 cm thick and made of stone. The old parts of the house are visible in the apartment, we tried to fuse the old with the new; you can see the original old window in the bathroom as well as the part of the old wall in the kitchen which we left uncovered.
We live in the same house, but the apartment is a separate unit, i.e. you have the whole place for yourself. The terrace is divided in two parts, the first one belongs to the apartment, and the second part to our own private apartment. Please have in mind that we need to pass through “your“ part of the terrace to enter and exit our apartment, but we try to be as unobtrusive as possible.
I don't like to impose on my guests so guest interaction is as much or as little as you like. I let you choose and ask for yourselves if you want your towels and/or linens replaced, more toilet paper, etc. It's all individual and you can text me or ask me anything you want or need anytime. I am at your disposal.
