Perfect!
My girlfriend and I stayed here with our two pups to celebrate my birthday and we had the most fabulous time. The apartment was exactly as we expected, cute and quaint with all the needed amenities. The location was perfect and the staff at the smokehouse below the apartment were wonderful. We loved the beer left in the fridge for us. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!! It was perfect for a girlfirends getaway.

great place to stay in Fuquay Varina!
This was a small upstairs apartment above Aviator resto in Fuquay! These are 100 year old apartments---I suspect these three rooms were a doctor's office one hundred years ago---very interesting!! The room was GREAT--noise from outside was NEVER a problem---the apt is like daylight from two large skylights---the stacked washer dryer is new---and proved very useful!! Everything worked---no complaints---the price was great!! You will have some long 50s style steps to get up there---but I am 79 and had no trouble!! This VRBO is cost saving and unique!!

Awesome location
This is such a cute area and we loved the location. We had no issues with noise and there are many choices of good food, drinks and live music! We will stay here again if in the area for sure! LOVED it!

What a great fun area to stay. We wanted something different than a hotel and got it. People were great and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Recommend to anyone that wants to stay downtown. The host was great by the way.

Simple, basic, convenient, very reasonably priced is how we would describe this property. Parking got a little tricky on the weekend if we wanted to return around dinner time, but we would definitely stay at this property again. It was just what we needed for our short visit with our daughter in Fuquay-Varina.

This was a super cool little apartment above a local restaurant. Live music right across the street Friday and Saturday nights but everything is quiet by 11pm or so. The place was clean and ready when we got there and check in was easy and completely painless. I will definitely try to stay here next time too!

The apartment was so convenient to everything in Fuquay. It was a very comfortable place to stay. I loved the skylights and the big bedrooms. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit friends. I already recommended it to two people!

Great spot
I was staying for a few days while checking out a nearby flight school and the apartment was perfect! Super easy check-in/out, the aviation theme was neat, and the facility itself was great. Everyone was super friendly and the Aviator restaurants/breweries were tasty. I'm glad I stayed at this place and would definitely recommend it to others.

It was a great place to stay, right in the middle of the historic part of town with restaurants, shops, live entertainment all within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, well stocked with everything you could need. And, Mark responded very quickly to all of our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay
We had a great stay here. We are in our 30s and had a weekend away from the kids. It was nice to have so many bar/restaurant options within walking distance. We had an issues with heat as it was a very cold weekend but it was resolved very quickly. It has a male college dorm feel to it and the bathroom was not very nice but it was fine for what we needed. We would stay again and I would recommend it.

Great Stay in a small town
What a wonderful space right In the middle of town. The size and location were perfect for a weekend getaway to attend a wedding. Everything was just as described and clean as anyone else could ask for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The “smokehouse” downstairs was wonderful! Perfect for our weekend
This apartment was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. We were on the motorcycle from out of state and needed somewhere walkable for in the evening. The bathtub could've been scrubbed a little better, or maybe replaced, but it was fine to take a shower in. Just not as clean looking as I would have liked.

Wonderful stay and fantastic apartment. Also it was great being able to wander downstairs to grab some food and a beer. Only minor improvement would be to include more toiletries, such as soap for the shower. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient for our needs. Our only complaints would be: 1) advertised pictures are a bit deceiving and 2) couch needs to be replaced. The cushions are so unfortunate I chose to sit in a chair rather than on the couch. All in all, a nice “little” apartment for the night.

This was a great place to stay for my quick trip to Raleigh. Since I love Aviator Brewing beer and I had to option of eating at any three of their eating establishments this was the perfect location. The property itself is an older upstairs apartment. Access was very easy from the street and parking was abundant. It had everything I needed. There was even an Aviator beer in the fridge. The natural light from the skylights was really nice the next morning. The noise, although barely noticeable, was not an issue. This is the second VRBO I have stayed where the bed had a gel or memory foam mattress and it was super comfortable. Check-in could not have been easier and communication with Mark was very quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again and really hate I was there for just one night.

Retirement Party Get Away
This is a great little place with accommodations right above the Aviator Smokehouse Restaurant and across the street from the Aviator Brewery. Delightful, old building with cute renovations, perfect for a short getaway! The owner provided detailed instructions and even had a couple of Aviator beers in the refrigerator for us upon our arrival! Highly recommend!

We stayed here the week of Thanksgiving while visiting family in the area. Nice historic property that is well kept. Noise from restaurant below was almost nonexistent. Used the kitchen to prepare dishes for our holiday dinner and everything worked perfectly. Had one small issue with the thermostat which was fixed immediately after I reported it. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great stay in Fuquay!
My fiance and I stayed in this apartment for a wedding weekend in Fuquay-Varina and loved it! The apartment was pet friendly so we could bring our dog and not worry about boarding her for the weekend. The host communication was wonderful and we enjoyed the part of town the apartment was located in! There was fun live music and plenty of beer just downstairs of our stay, which made for a fun weekend.

Location was excellent… we had never been to Fuquay-Varina before and it was a cool town. Many places to eat and hang out were within walking distance. I have stayed at many VRBO’s in the past and I must say I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness. If I were paying someone to clean my property I would want to know there was room for improvement! We were busy with a wedding all weekend so over all it was ok.

Easy access in a great location.
If you're going to Raleigh for a show, or concert and want to spend the night somewhere, I highly recommend this property, and having a brewpub and smoke house downstairs is quite nice.

Beer, food, and pet friendly
We stayed here so we could go to the could go to a concert at Red Hat which was only a short drive over. The property is clean, cute, and pet friendly. There is a tall flight of stairs to get to the apartment just noting for anyone who might not be able to walk up stairs easily. There's plenty of restaurants, and a cute little coffee shop at the corner, it was perfect for us. **There was only whatever was left on the toilet paper roll when we got there so be prepared for that, but There's a Walgreens close by.
