I like that you have a diverse staff different ages, backgrounds etc and they are all so pleasant, seem very proud of the property, take pride in their jobs and it seems as though they are treated well. 'This hotel was a wonderful surprise from start to finish. The room was spacious and well appointed, included breakfast was a perfect continental breakfast, with plenty of protein and flavor, and the “wine down” time was pleasant and even wine refills. Staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. Overall the property was well decorated, clean and inviting. There is a separate room for guest services, with ice, and extra coffee bar refills. 'Everything was great. The A/C did a great job, the room key worked, and the TV was large. I say that because the last hotel I stayed at was terrible and nothing worked, in the middle of August no doubt! The bed was also very comfortable, but what is with hotels and these tiny airplane pillows these days!?'
