Entry is through an exclusive gate on the state road, leading to a private parking area for 10 vehicles—a rare luxury on the coast—connected to the villa by a scenic staircase. A private path, winding through the scents of Mediterranean flora and vibrant blooms, leads to the main entrance.

Services & Policy

To ensure excellence and maintain the property’s standards, external catering or chefs are not permitted. Guests wishing to organize meals or events must rely exclusively on the villa’s dedicated chef and team.

Included Amenities:
• AC SYSTEM – air conditioning in all bedrooms.
• HOUSEKEEPING – daily cleaning (4 hours/day, 6 days/week).
• ESSENTIALS – two sets of bed and bath linens per week.
• CUISINE – private chef available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (food and beverage costs are not included).
• LAUNDRY – self-service laundry facilities, including a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities.
• CONNECTIVITY – complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
• ENTERTAINMENT – Satellite LCD TV with international channels and on-demand movies.
• PARKING – private parking for up to 10 cars.
• POOL – private seawater pool, open from April 1 to September 30. The pool is unavailable the rest of the year.

Additional Costs (Payable on-site):
• ELECTRICITY – based on consumption (€0.48/kWh). Meter readings will be taken in the presence of guests upon arrival and departure to ensure accurate billing based on actual usage
• TOURIST TAX – €3 per person per day for the first 7 nights (April–October). Guests under the age of 18 are exempt.
• EXTRA BEDS – additional single beds can be arranged in the bedrooms upon request for an extra cost of €150.00 per night per person.
• PROVISIONS – food and beverage costs; a shopping service is available for an additional fee.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT – A €1,000 cash deposit is required upon arrival.
