'The room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good as well. The check-in time mentioned on their website was incorrect (it's actually 2PM) so I was charged an early check-in fee, but the owner personally reached out to me and refunded this amount after I pointed it out, which I thought was a really sincere gesture. Overall, I found the staff unusually friendly, polite and courteous. Highly recommend this place especially if you're visiting Hyderabad for a US visa...

'Stayed at Sheraton Hyderabad for a few nights and had a comfortable experience. Check-in was smooth, and Shruti at the front desk was especially helpful, checking in to see if I needed anything during the stay. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast had a good variety, and the location is convenient for Gachibowli and HITEC City. Would stay again.'

'The room was very clean and the place is quite new and well kept. The room is a single room in an apartment. The apartment has a refrigerator and a microwave in the shared kitchen and living room. There is also a common living room with nice couches and you could have meetings in the quiet living room. I would definitely go back to that hotel the next time I am in Hyderabad. '
