'We’re on bicycles visiting from Australia. The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful ( especially Chubu , sorry for the spelling) Everyone went out of their way to solve an issue that arose and we were overwhelmed by all the help we received. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was fantastic catering for our intolerances . Highly recommend this hotel.'

The hotel has a nice decor,but some areas are showing signs of age. The pool area is nice and large, but could have been a but cleaner and needs new or more modern loungers and seating options. 'This was once THE Hotel of Gaborone. We had a pleasant night of sleep not far from where we would take our bus the next morning. Price was pretty affordable too. So, the heyday is long gone but the hotel still servers well travelers like us.'

'I liked the location. Very central, close proximity to a lot of things in gaborone. However, the food was very salty. Every chef knows by now that salt is not healthy. I ordered a seafood salad and could not eat it because they poured almost a quarter bottle of dressing on top. Dressings should be served on the side. I was not even asked for a choice of dressing.
Smoking, on the first floor, there was a heavy cigarette smoke.'

Desværre var poolen mere en sump end en pool, fuldstændig grøn og slimet på bunden - sikkert også sundhedsfarlig !

'Chose to stay at Cozy Palms while attending a conference at the Grand Palm which is nearby.
Cozy Palms itself is fine, and the staff and manager very helpful. A basic motel-style place with cooked breakfast. Wifi was very slow with drop outs. The proprietor picked me up from the airport (arranged in advance) and also took me back there for my departure, with a stop on the way at the craft shop to get some (good) souvenirs. Definitely Cozy - just 6 rooms.
