  • Enjoy our spacious, new, property that is only 2.2 miles from the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium! We are perfect for any University of Florida stay or Gainesville visit.

    Our home is a brand-new build with all new furniture, appliances, and amenities. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped for cooking. We have 3 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

    The property is walking distance to Cypress & Grove brewing company. Enjoy a central location on a peaceful, safe, street!

The property was clean and well maintained. It was centrally located to where we needed to be. Very spacious. There were three of us and we each had our own room. Seating in the living and dining space was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. I’d recommend this place.

This is a perfect place for a small to medium sized family. Its modern, its clean, has just what you need. It doenst have game rooms or other gimmicky decorations but its a classy house in a very convenient location. The only drawbacks were as others mentioned parking, but if you have 2 or less vehicles it really isnt a inconvenience . Also, it doesnt have a microwave which isnt a deal breaker but could be nice. The community garden across the street is darling and a short walk to an awesome brewery. We will definitely come back to this house in the future.

Great property with great amenities!! This is a premier location if you’re looking for comfort at a reasonable price point. The home is a new build and resembles the online pictures. The only downfall is the tight parking. The home across from us had company frequently which created a tight space for parking. We will definitely be looking to book this place again during the football season.

Gator Weekend

Our stay was perfect! Every detail was thought of including stocked shampoo/soap bottles in showers, and several packets so that we could do laundry. It was a great weekend to enjoy Gator football, and we will definitely be back!
