  • Serene, 11 beds, renovated, and modern spacious and serene lake home on Lake Lanier. Relax on the private 2-story dock to enjoy the calming waters, canoe, rowboat,jetski, kayakers or even some fishing since we're perfectly situated in a cove and right around the corner from Lake Lanier Olympic Park. Kick your feet up on the back deck and enjoy the nature or grill up a steak! Cozy up around the fire pit to make some s'mores. Not an outdoorsy person...hang out in the spacious living room and binge watch your favorite shows on the 70 inch SmartTV. Perfect for large families!

    This is a 4 bedroom split level smart home: Master room on the main floor has a king size bed, a futon for additional sleeper and private full bathroom with a jet tub , smart TV, and workstation.

    Two other bedrooms on the main floor each have a brand new queen size bed with smart TV and workstation.

    The living room also has a pull out sleeper that can sleep comfortably 1 adult or 2 kids, smart TV, large sectional high-end leather couch.

    The basement suite is large space open space offering a king size bed, bunk beds that comfortably sleeps 2 on the full bed, and 1 on the twin, 2 futons that can comfortably sleep 1 person per futon, and a sectional leather couch with 70 inch smart, and workstation.

    Guests will have full access to back deck, yard, two barbecue grills, kayaks, canoe, and private boat dock with upper level party deck with deck furniture and chairs. Our property is 1 mile from Lake Lanier Olympic Park, new $30 million Row Center, Atlanta Botanical Garden, and "The Coop" - J. Melvin Cooper Youth Athletic Complex 2500 Parkside Way SE, Gainesville, GA 30507
    Security Disclosure: The home contains a security/alarm control panel that includes a built-in camera feature. This camera is not active, is not connected to any monitoring service, does not record, and is not used by the host. There are no active cameras or recording devices located inside the home.

We were in town for a 50th birthday party in the family and your house was ideal - great location, very clean and well maintained and appointed. The rooms were a great size and the lower level space was ideal for a family of 4. We were busy visiting family most of the time, so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake - perhaps in the future.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving family holiday in Gainesville! The property was spotless, with comfortable sleeping for our 3 couples, 2 young adults, and 1 3yr old. Many thoughtful amenities made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.The hosts were responsive and quick with communications and easy instructions for arrival and departure.Would highly recommend this listing for a fun family getaway!

Great getaway in a spacious house with plenty of beds and places to hang out. Light switches were a bit confusing but everything worked without issue and was a clean place to retire to for the evening(s).

This is a nice, spacious house. We were only there two days for an engagement party in Gainesville. We had five adults. Jackie and Richard were great hosts. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

As far as the overall stay, we had what we needed. There were lots of supplies although we didn’t use their consumables since we pack everything. Location was good although their blind drive can be dangerous. We considered this rental and one other place and had the option of extending our stay for another child to come up to fish since it had a dock so we paid extra for this place. Well, the drought had caused very low water levels making that impossible. Owners can’t help that, but we would not have paid the extra 500 to stay at this three bedroom/bath if we had known the dock was not what the pics had. Communication was excellent with the host/hostess.

Way Family Christmas Trip

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts are very polite and never hesitated to respond to any of my messages/calls and they came asap whenever needed. I HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone who's looking to get away. Its very beautiful and located in a very convenient and quiet area. It did not take long to get to any stores nor the mall. I can't wait to book again in the future.

We had such a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home was spacious, clean, and immediately felt welcoming! It was perfect for our group. It was so nice to be able to set our bags down and instantly start enjoying the beautiful lake views. The hosts truly thought of everything: from kayaks and canoes (with life jackets included!) to a fully stocked kitchen and cozy spaces to relax in and they were available for all questions we had and so helpful!The basement was great as it was roomy and comfortable for movie nights and just lounging around. We even lost power during an unexpected storm, and it turned into such a fun night thanks to the thoughtful stash of board games and cards they had available.The location was also incredibly convenient and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else we needed during our trip.We would absolutely stay here again if we're in the area. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and peaceful lakeside charm. Highly recommend!
