Fully Renovated 2-Bedroom Condo step into a thoughtfully updated space designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring beautiful nature views that create a peaceful backdrop for your stay. Comfortably Sleeps Up to 8 Guests — Ideal for families and groups, with a King bed, Queen bed, pullout sofa, and 2 rollaway beds to give everyone a comfortable place to rest.

Prime Gainesville Location — Conveniently located near the University of Florida, with easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. Ginnie Springs is just about 30 minutes away, making it easy to enjoy both the city and the great outdoors.

2 Full Bathrooms enjoy the convenience of two bathrooms, including a private en-suite bathroom in the primary bedroom, making busy mornings and group stays easier.

Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with essential bathroom amenities, so you can settle in without worrying about bringing the basics.



Guest Access:

Full access to condo, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. This is in addition to the living room, dining room, guest and master bed and bath and the neighborhood amenities like the pool and gym.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is clean and safe and there is plenty of free parking. Located with convenient access to Interstate 75.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is frequented by rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. Public transportation is also available through Gainesville's RTS bus system.



Other Things to Note:

🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee

🦮 NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals

🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest



🔔 Guest App & Verification: After booking, you’ll be required to complete our Guest App before check-in. This includes required verification steps such as the rental agreement, ID verification, and applicable refundable security deposit or non-refundable damage waiver. You’ll receive access to the app immediately after booking, where you’ll find your check-in/out details, early check-in/late check-out options, local guide, property information, and door codes once the required steps are completed. Completing the Guest App ensures your self-check-in is quick, easy, and seamless!

📩 Please note that we do not have access to the community's mailbox or mailbox keys. Any deliveries should be addressed directly to the unit and will need to be delivered to the doorstep. Guests should not send mail or packages to the mailbox

🎥 We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

🔊 We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us

🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 4 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

🅿️ Please do not park in a covered parking spot--those are reserved.

❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
