Spacious 5-bedroom Lake Lanier home with Boathouse, WiFi & Whole House Generator

Located in Gainesville, GA, enjoy what this 5-bedroom lake front house has to offer. This delightful property features 5 queen beds, 4 bathrooms with shower and bathtub amenities, as well as four additional, high quality Brookstone single blow up beds, if needed. There is a fitness room with treadmill for guests to stay active. Top floor boasts a master suite and two bedroom guest suite with a private covered porch. Great lake views from almost every room with an easy stroll to the lake.

Swim off the brand new 32x32 Wahoo boathouse with lift for a Tritoon and separate covered port for your fishing boat. Bench lowers to water level for those wishing to be near the water but not in it! Two paddle boards and a kayak are available to use, along with most sizes of life vests. Upstairs you can catch some sun or sit and enjoy the Mountain View. In the afternoon, trees on the property give shade to the dock. Full moon rises over the dock, making for amazing views at night.

Bad weather, do not fear. The home has a whole house generator. If the power goes out, you likely will not even notice. In the basement, there is a desk set up with a hardwired ethernet connection if you need to have a Zoom call or conduct business while on your vacation.

City of Gainesville has a charming downtown square with restaurants, ice cream shops, beer bars (one with a roof top view) and shopping. Our favorite is Recess Southern Gastro Pub.

This was our second time in four months staying at this property. The weather for October was too breezy the first couple of days to enjoy the lake so our family played games and did puzzles and visited an apple farm. When the lake was calmer, we were able to enjoy the kayak, paddle boards and go fishing. The deer were entertaining.

Property was Excellent and decorated beautifully. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need (Wolf range was a treat).. Terry had the house fully stocked with great bedrooms and AWESOME bathrooms. Easy short walk to the water. Lake and dock were perfect with kayaks. paddle boards and seating area. Everyone enjoyed swimming. We caught some fish and lots of fun in the sun. We brought our boat ( launch ramp 5 min away). Scott had a great place for tie up with plenty of bumpers to keep things safe. Saw lots of deer and other wildlife. Lots of games for the kids and TV’s everywhere. We highly recommend this VRBO. It is high end and checks every box.

Amazing Stay!

We had such an amazing time at this spacious and well-appointed home! Plenty of space for all of us to spread out, rooms were lovely. The common rooms were lovely, we played games, chatted, and had great dinners. The kitchen was stocked, so helpful!Super close to shopping.The dock was great and generous with life jackets, towels and water toys!Fantastic amenities, we can't wait to come back! :)

Great Lake and House Vacation

Our family and guest enjoyed a wonderful vacation on Lake Lanier. The house was beautiful and accommodated our large family comfortably. Each floor had a sitting area so we could spread out at night and play games and talk. The kitchen was spacious and easy to move around and cook our meals. The hot water dispenser in the kitchen was handy to speed the water for pasta to cook quickly. The double oven made baking a breeze. Our hosts were easy to contact and had lots of “extras” around the house. The walk to the lake was quick and easy to go down. The dock was plenty of fun for kids aged 3-14. They could dive, paddle board, and kayak around the lake. The hosts furnished a variety of life vests for all sizes. The walk back to the house was a little workout going up the hill but not bad. We shared the scenery with friendly deer. A quick storm knocked out the electricity for about 8 hours but with the generator the AC continued overnight without our family knowing the power was off. We enjoyed ourselves so much, I have already booked for a Fall getaway.

Exceptional!

i have rented houses on Lanier for over a decade and, I have already booked this house two more times this summer. Everything was very well done in the house and the thoughtful amenities were a great touch!! The owners were super easy and pleasure to deal with. We can’t wait to be back!! Highly recommend this property!!
