'My wife and I were in Gainesville for our daughter’s graduation. Our stay was terrific. The house was close to everywhere we wanted to be, quiet, and very comfortable. Communication from Gerald was just the right amount. The home was well appointed with necessary kitchen items and the bed and shower were great. '

'Property and host was great. Honestly, the best kitchen supplies we’ve had at a rental. Higher quality pans and knives made making our own food a breeze. Gave a 4 only because the pool was unusable during our stay, but host worked to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, the pool took more time to fix than our quick trip was long. We would love to stay at this property again for next year’s UF swim camp.'

'My husband and I were looking for a place to stay near UF for my orientation weekend. I stumbled upon this “jungle house” and the mini golf is what immediately caught my eye! Marlon made the check-in and check out process seamless, providing all the steps and information needed to enjoy our stay! The house is adorably decorated, was dog friendly for our black lab, and the mini golf in the backyard was awesome and such a cool setup! Thanks again for hosting us, we will definitely be back!'

'Great location. However, not clean. We mopped floors they were so bad. Things were just overall run down. Couches need replacing. Televisions do not work. Remotes couldn’t be located. Bbq grill had all burners rusted through. Only one rack in oven. Cook ware was minimal and in disrepair. This could be such a great rental if things were updated and CLEANED. '
