Up-to-date kitchen with all the amenities, nice bedrooms, a gas fireplace which kept the place quite warm, more than adequate bathroom, nice property and a firepit outside. Excellent location, near what you need but also very quiet. Host provided excellent touches above and beyond. The next time I visit Gainesville, this will be the first place I check.'

'The place is adorable! Super clean, very well decorated, I just wish we would’ve visited in the summer instead of winter to really be able to enjoy the property! We just came for a short weekend for a fishing tournament so it was a quick stay but everything from the home to the communication was spot on, we’d definitely stay again given the opportunity and would highly recommend!'

'This place was perfect for our group of 8 while in town for a motorcycle race at Road Atlanta. Plenty of room in the garage for all the bikes, and when the weather wasn't cooperating on our check out day the hosts allowed us to check out a little late to let the rain pass before riding our motorcycles 3.5 hours home. The property and home are beautiful, we're already planning our stay for next year!'

'The house was plenty big enough for my family and coming and going of kid’s friends. The trail to dock is steep but doable. We brought our own fishing kayaks and ended up pulling them out at public boat ramp about 10 min paddle away so we wouldn’t have to drag them back up. Beds comfortable. Kitchen was stocked well enough for what we needed. It didn’t hurt that the weather turned fall while we were there. Most enjoyable. Must be careful of all the deer driving in each evening.'
