When the second technician arrived, he just cleaned the filter, but it still didn’t work. They made us wait another 30 minutes even though they already knew the control was faulty. 'Everything we needed and more for our stay in Moalboal. Staff were amazing. Location was nice and quiet but close enough to walk to the high street for the action at night. Snorkelling right from the hotel was great. No need to hire a guide for the sardines or turtles. Found them within 5 minutes. Definitely would stay here again'

'Nice quiet location off the main road a little and away from the bars closer to the beach. Staff were super friendly and met lots of cool travellers. The food at their main pub area was really good also. Only complaint would be the door knob was very squeaky in my room. Other than that, I would stay again if in Moalboal. '

'Really nice and helpful staff, but the beds were from plastic!!! So not so easy to give the stars. The day with swimming pool and drinks is very nice. The night was awful. Because of the beds I find it overpriced for 100euro for 2 adults and 2 boys (8 and 9)'

'disgusting conditions and unreasonable staff. they have signs in the rooms that the septic system gets backed up and i'm assuming that this was the case. the room had an overpowering sewage smell. after arguing with the clerk and owner who thought that i should just stay in the room anyway, i waited a half hour for them to get me in another room that they guaranteed didn't smell, but as soon as the toilet in that room was flushed, that room smelled as well. after waiting for another half hour...

'It is very conveniently located by dive shops, restaurants and ocean. Was very affordable room. Could use upgrades but price point it’s expected. Our shower did not have any pressure at all and not much hot water. The front staff are very friendly. The pool was clean. ATM on site. '

'The grounds and restaurant were beautiful. The rooms were as basic as basic gets but the A/C works. Heads up no flushing toilet paper allowed, so you better be good with a tabo or have a waste basket full of poop napkins. On a scale of gross to wow this hotel is a solid meh. '
