'I booked this hotel due to all the wonderful reviews. Now I’m struggling to understand why people rate this place 10/10. The neighbourhood is very cute, yes, but the noise is unbearable. We had a room in which we could hear absolutely everything. The telephone from reception, people coming in and out, the cars… we couldn’t even nap after having traveled for hours. I was very surprised given the price as well, especially in CDMX. Yes the building is pretty and so was the room, but not practical...

O si olvidas algo en el carro ya no podrás tener acceso a el. No me gustó nada que me obligaran a dejar las llaves porque no era necesario. Y además no te dan boleto que ampare la recepción de tu auto. Sin embargo parece un lugar seguro'
