'The hotel was beautiful but the front desk was not helpful we got a small room for 3 people the extra bed was uncomfortable and the manager promised us a bigger room and did not honor it… the other staff were fantastic great service… faid was the front desk manager and not helpful at all'
'Een simpel guesthouse, is een dependance van een ander guesthouse. De foto’s zijn niet van Alexandra en veel mooier dan het in werkelijkheid is. Overpriced. Het ontbijt was goed. Het inchecken is ook bij house of Michel, was ons niet bekend en staat bij aankomst niet vermeld op de deur, mensen op straat vertelden ons dat we bij guesthouse Michel moesten zijn'
'Immerse in nature in a beautiful spa resort. Beautiful architecture and design, intimate atmosphere, comfy rooms, excellent food, endless spots with a stunning view to relax in. The staff is warm and helpful- from the guard who welcomed us (Thanks again, Emily!) through reception, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff. I wish we could stay for the whole week…'
