'The room was clean, but there was a little trim damage in the bathroom. We were just there for a quick overnight before a morning flight. We appreciated the cold breakfast sacks, but it would have been much nicer to have the hot breakfast (served starting at 7:00am on the weekends instead of 5:30am on weekdays). Shuttle was great!'

'Dont believe all of the pictures. There is not a fabulous multi level lobby with greenery, and the "King Suites" are smaller than our master bathroom at home. There is also not a river view as advertised.'

'Nice, spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Easy parking in their garage (they give you a permit to display on your dash). Good breakfast. Only 2 donwsides I can think of: 1. the breakfast ends too early (10am would be better) and we were there for 16 nights and our room was never fully cleaned. We had to request it (and they seemed to be surprised by my request) and even then only the sheets were changed. They didn't vacuum or clean the bathroom. I don't know about you but at home I don't go...

'I liked the breakfast served, hot and many options. The room was clean and orderly. The pool is very small not like in pictures. Staff friendly. The only down side was a child I heard crying a couple of times and I could hear my neighbor open and shut door frequently. Thankfully it was not an issue at night. Restaurants nearby. A CVS next door. There is also a fabulous restaurant “The Oasis” about a 7 minute drive from this hotel! Happy accident. '

'First floor rooms have vaulted ceilings; lighting was great throughout the room; large bathroom was definitely a plus-room to move around in even if more than one person; and most of all great price for a last-minute reservation. 'If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay this may not be the one. Unfortunately you can hear everything from the rooms next to yours. Our first night we couldn’t get to sleep because kids next room were crying and loud until after 2 am . We contacted the front office to make sure kids were supervised by adults around 12am but the crying and loud noise didn’t go away after 2am'

'Absolutely loved our stay at Roost Rainey!
The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the building itself is gorgeous — beautiful interiors and it smelled amazing throughout. Our room was cozy and beautifully appointed with luxurious Santal 33 products.
The 12th floor rooftop pool was the highlight of our trip — stunning cabanas, great music, and bar service by Amaya. Order the frosé, you won't regret it! The Daydreamer coffee shop on the main floor was also a daily must...
