Appartamento Corso Italia II is a modern and cozy holiday home. It opens into a large living room with dining area and sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette with electric oven, microwave oven and 2 fridges and the balcony that overlooks the courtyard of the complex with palm trees and fountain.
A hallway divides the living room from the sleeping area which consists of a double bedroom with tv and a twin bedroom with pull-out beds. Moreover, there is a bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are air conditioned.

elevator and, in order to enter the apartment, there are a few steps.

The holiday home for 4 guests is in the centre of Gallipoli, on the main street of the lively town on the Ionian sea and it`s equipped with garage. The old town centre is less than 2 kilometers away. The beach of Lido San Giovanni is 1,5 kilometers away. The beaches of Baia Verde are 3 kilometers away, Rivabella is 4 kilometers away and Punta della Suina is 7 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
