A complex of 3 apartments located on the 5th floor of a condominium building on
in Gallipoli, just a stone’s throw from downtown.

For a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Each apartment features a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a beautiful furnished balcony with a sea view.

Amenities: A/C and washing machine.

The first apartment has an entryway with a single bed, followed by a living room/kitchen with a double bed.

The second apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a living room/kitchen where there is also a single bed.

The third apartment has an open-plan layout where, separated by a room divider, there are two double beds.



ON-SITE: Sheets and towels: guests may choose to bring their own or, upon request, rent them for 15 per person for the entire duration of their stay. Tourist tax: 1 per night per person (ages 16 and up)

For groups of young people (4 or more people), a security deposit of 200 is required, payable in cash at check-in. It will be refunded at the end of the stay, also in cash, after the property has been inspected and provided the house rules have been followed.
