Il Geosito - Camera Familiare

The Family Room is a suite consisting of several rooms and complemented by 1 bathroom with shower, for rent on the upper floor of Il Geosito, a vacation rental property in Gallipoli.
 
The room is complete with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, coffee maker, electric kettle, hair dryer and TV. Pets are allowed.

The family room is located on the upper floor of the guesthouse, accessible by stairs and a small entrance balcony.
It is a suite consisting of two rooms, 1 with a double bed, the other with 1 double sofa bed, and completed by 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
The room is located inside the guesthouse Il Geosito, which consists of 5 rooms of different types, with a total of 19 beds.

The
guesthouse is located in Gallipoli, at the entrance of the town in a
residential area and very close to the sea and the marina.
The Città Bella with its beautiful historic center, shopping streets, and entertainment venues are all within walking distance.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 9pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 9pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared outdoor areas.
- Daily tidying.
- Bed linen and towels changed every four days.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
