In the complex, we have other apartments (5 two-room, 8 three-room, and 1 four-room) for a total of 90 beds, ideal for hosting families or large groups of young people. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.<br><br> ON-SITE: Sheets and towels: guests may choose to bring their own or, upon request, rent them for 15 per person for the entire duration of their stay. Tourist tax: 1 per night per person (ages 16 and up) <br><br> For groups of young people of 4 or more, a security deposit of 200 is required, payable in cash at check-in. It will be refunded at the end of the stay, also in cash, after an inspection of the property and provided the house rules have been followed.
