Check in was extremely impersonal. A video screen? Really? No humans? The property was absolutely filthy. Lights not working, air conditioning barely functional. The chair in my room couldn’t be used since it was broken.Breakfast was REALLY bad. All the machines like the juice machine, waffle machine, toaster all had out of order signs. What was served was horrible. Packaged sugar lol. This place was so bad it was rediculous. Avoid this place at all costs.

There was a real person when I checked in the evening. During checkout, the person was on a screen. If this person was even in the hotel, it was hard to tell. The woman in the dining room for breakfast was incredible. So very helpful.

When I checked on there is no front desk. Just a little half door that was open with a guy to check us in. When i made the reservation there was an option for 1 king bed or 2 queen beds for the same price. I chose the king on expedia. While checkong in i asked for a floor level room. I was informed that thete were no king rooms on the ground floor. I said that was nopeoblem we would just take 2 queens. I was then told it would be a $10 charge for changing since we originally did a room with a king bed and because we booked with expedia that changed our reservation and resulted in an additional $10. Also $20 non refundable dog fee. Which is fine but we should have been told ahead of time. Also $50 deposit for incidentals to be refunded within 7 - 10 days. The beds were very poor quality but the bedding itself was comfy. The breakfast room was set up in an old hotel room and creepy. I would not recommend this place for the money they charge.

I absolutely did not like the virtual person on the t.V, So very impersonal and hard to understand. It's nice to be greeted with a friendly face when you're checking in.After a long drive and the atmosphere was very cold.I think it was a poor choice.

When carrying our things inside a couple of non english speaking guys came out of the dumpster begging. The back door of the motel did not lock, it was very noisy. The whole place was run down with frayed carpets and furniture with holes.

I like staying at this hotel but this time it was a little unsafe. Just 2 doors down from us a young man tried luring us intobhis rokm to play games or just chill as he implied. The room was okay, but the pool was too cold for my son n he ended up getting sick. Other than that service of cleaning from staff was excellent.

Well I am not going to come here again. When you walk in you are met with a staff on the screen that signs you in. Where is the nice warm staff to check you in? The room was clean but the furnishing in bad shape.

Clean rooms nice staff
Room was clean. We felt safe in the building not too much noise. We just stayed for a quick overnight trip while traveling. Breakfast did not have a ton of options but we all found something we were satisfied to eat for breakfast. Shower had amazing pressure. . Nice hotel overall for the price point it is at.

It’s just an overnight stay to get to our destination so the price is convenient but I just wish there’s an elevator, struggled to carry our luggages at the second floor. There was no physical person at the front desk, only a guy on a Skype call or something similar telling you what to do to check in. The bathtub in the room was the loudest bathtub to step in or move in that we have ever heard. The toilet didn’t work well. There were no tops for the coffee cups in the room. There were no towels in the pool/hot tub area. There were carts for carrying your luggage to your room, but no elevator, so useless. The eggs at the breakfast were good though! But we aren’t planning to stay at this hotel again.

Negatief: Personeel en service, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten en comfort kamer
3 days in a row without shampoo and body wash and the first night when I found out, I called front desk or customer service and nobody answer so I left a message. Next day morning before going to work, I stopped at virtual front desk and told them about situation so after work I got to room and when taking a shower… again, no shampoo and body wash, even when housekeeping did the room (looks like they clean up every other day or like in my last 3 days only one time they cleaned the room). Next day again to virtual front desk to complain about shampoo and body wash and finally after work, took a shower and there it is, new bottles of shampoo and body wash… Continental breakfast… just sucked

Had a great place to park, easy cgeck in, quiet. Great location for sight seeing.
