'Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We...

'We really loved our stay here at this property. It was a good location with a wonderful view. The pools and beach were nice (although shallow). Good breakfast options. The service was very good and appreciated. Nice sunset view too.'

'Don’t ever go to this place we had a horrible experience. We had a snake in our room and the staff didn’t want to change the room for us. The place is also nothing like the pictures it was filthy and dated. I would never go there again! The staff was not responsive. It ruined the end of our trip:(:(:(.('
