'What they advertise was not actually available such as pool hours, breakfast hours, and also no smart TVs. The overnight was rude, and the though the room was clean, you can tell it wasn’t stocked properly from the night before.'

The room I happened to book was an accessible room (it was one of the only rooms available) that had a big bathroom that had no ventilation fan, and if you used the shower the floor got wet no matter how careful you were. The lack of ventilation and wet bathroom meant there was mold in the caulking along the shower and the whole room was excessively humid.
