Pet rules:

1. Dogs must be house-trained
2. Keep pets off furniture
3. No unattended pets outside
4. Clean up after them
5. Kennel when unsupervised

For guest safety, we have 2 external-only cameras:

Camera 1: Parking area by garage (does NOT face bar/entertainment area)
Camera 2: Stairway only (does NOT face deck)

Additional Notes

Community pool access fee: $100 at Sea Isle POA office
Lost pier card, boat ramp key: $200 each
Lost house key or cargo lift remote: $150 each
Guests may not sit on or use the golf cart unless renting it
Please dispose of trash in the large bin by the garage
No moving furniture
Parking limited to 5 cars in designated areas
