There is a backyard with water access.
Two bedrooms are on the second floor: one with a queen bed, twin bunk beds, and an in-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower; the other one with a queen bed and a full bathroom with shower and tub. This floor has an open kitchen with modern appliances, a pot filler, and an island with a breakfast bar. A dining table and a sofa are in the living areas next to the 65" TV. The sofa turns into a twin bed.
Up on the third floor, behind the barn door, is another top notch kitchen with an enclosed barbecue, a table, and chairs next to the 45" TV. There is a full master suite on that floor with a king size bed, a twin bed, and a double sink bathroom with a tub and a separate walk in shower. This floor has a balcony with a gas barbecue, table, and chairs.
On the rooftop terrace you can enjoy the view of the whole city while having a drink in the outdoor seating area.
The house is walking distance to Gaido’s Seafood Restaurant, Nick’s Kitchen and Beach Bar, and Joe’s Crab Shack; a 2 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to The Spot and to Ben & Jerry’s ice cream shop; and a 5 minute drive to the Historic Pleasure Pier.
