Unwind on the spacious porch, soaking up the sun or chilling under the covered area. Inside, the open floor plan creates a breezy atmosphere perfect for families or friends. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: Less than a 2 minute drive to the Sea Isle beach access point.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day thru Labor Day — and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Stepping into 5 Pirates` Getaway, you`ll be greeted by a bright and airy open concept living space. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a large bar with plenty of seating, perfect for social gatherings or enjoying meals together. After a day of building sandcastles, unwind in the living room and catch up on your favorite shows using the provided HDTV with streaming capabilities. Need extra sleeping space? The comfy couch pulls out into a queen-sized sofa bed.

Down the hall, you`ll find three bedrooms to accommodate your crew. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed for a restful night`s sleep. The third bedroom is a haven for the little pirates, featuring twin-over-twin bunk beds with an additional twin trundle bed underneath.

But the fun doesn`t stop indoors! Head outside and relax on the expansive front porch. Soak up the sun on the open deck or chill under the covered area with a refreshing drink. The adventure continues under the house, where you`ll find a spacious hangout spot with a picnic table, perfect for post-beach barbecues with the provided BBQ pit. Rinse off the sand in the convenient outdoor shower before swinging in the hammock or enjoying a gentle breeze on the porch swing. 5 Pirates` Getaway offers the perfect blend of indoor comfort and outdoor fun for your unforgettable Galveston escape!

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
