The breakfast bar accommodates another 4 hungry guests, so everyone can enjoy meals together. Your group’s chef will appreciate the ample counter space, and cupboards full of all the pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and more that you need for delicious home-cooked meals. The second bedroom is a queen bunk room with front row Gulf views from the moment you open your eyes. It has plenty of space for the little ones or families, a desk perfect for homework or puzzles, and en suite full bath with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and full up top, plus a desk and dresser.

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation.
