This luxurious 4,000 square feet home can accommodate up to 16 guests – perfect for travelers with discriminating taste looking for a refined, peaceful beach getaway. The open concept living space boasts a spacious living area with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, contemporary electric fireplace, and large windows showcasing gorgeous beach views. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, double ovens with built-in air fryers, margarita machine, quartz countertops, oversized island & all the necessary cookware for preparing meals. A custom-built dining table and chairs comfortably seats 6, with additional bench seating to accommodate up to 12, plus 5 kitchen island stools. WRISTBAND POLICY:

The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the Beach Club and Sunset Pools during your stay at Pointe West. This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West; this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. A reservation has been made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. You do not have to purchase a wristband to enjoy the restaurant/bar at Pointe West. Your reservation will allow you to receive a temporary band to enjoy this business amenity.
