Make your way to this beautiful home in Pirates Beach West to make memories and get some sweet sunshine! This home boasts a beautiful private pool and hot tub area with an outdoor shower, so you'll be easily able to head directly from the beach to the pool. Inside, central air conditioning will keep everyone cool and comfortable no matter where they decide to relax. Multiple balconies means heading out for fresh air is always an option. A private washer/dryer ensures that swimsuits and towels will be ready in time for your next afternoon at the beach. The open concept living area and fully equipped kitchen are fully equipped for guests, featuring full-size appliances, stone countertops, and a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar that seats three guests in addition to an eat-in dining area. The beach is only a short walk from this fantastic home!

As guests step through the front door, they'll find the main bedroom of the home just to the right of the kitchen. This first bedroom features a private furnished balcony, a flatscreen TV, and a spacious en suite bathroom featuring double sinks, a standalone shower with a bench, and a jetted soaking tub. Head up the stairs and turn left to find the sunshine-filled second bedroom, which features a private entrance to the floor's balcony. Next door, the third bedroom (set up with a mellow nautical theme) features the second entrance to the second floor balcony. The nearby full bathroom in the hallway features double sinks and a standalone shower with a bench to serve the needs of these guests. At the end of the hall, the fourth and final bedroom of this home is a deluxe bunk room that features a flatscreen TV, a bonus sofabed, and an en suite bathroom featuring double sinks and a shower/tub combination. Every bedroom features a ceiling fan so guests can adjust the temperature to their own preferences.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
