Welcome to Solid Rock Retreat, a relaxing coastal escape in Jamaica Beach. This bright and inviting beach house features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 9 beds, making it perfect for families and groups. ● Location: Jamaica Beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach access: Less than a two minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person) and city park.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars in the driveway. No street parking.

Solid Rock Retreat offers a spacious and comfortable layout, perfect for families or groups to spread out and relax. On the main level you will be greeted by a bright and airy main living room. An inviting bedroom is located just before the kitchen. This room offers a luxurious queen-size bed. Upstairs you wil find a loft area with a twin-over full bunk bed with additional trundle as well as a twin day bed with a trundle. Just off of the loft area you will find the master bedroom with a comfortable king bed and en-suite bathroom.

The ground floor features a separate sleeping area with a queen-over-queen bunk bed. There’s also a sitting area with a TV and a convenient full bathroom on this level.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the inviting front porch, a perfect spot to unwind and chat with loved ones. Skip the hassle of lugging beach gear! Solid Rock Retreat is conveniently located just a short two-minute drive from the beach access point. Spend your days soaking up the sun, building sandcastles, and splashing in the waves. When it`s time to unwind, Solid Rock Retreat will be waiting to welcome you back with open arms.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please refrain from using white bags.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
