Featuring 3 bedrooms, an open concept living room, and a fully stocked kitchen, this home has plenty of space for gatherings and activities. The deck offers beautiful views and is the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee and breezes. Take a short golf cart ride to the Sea Isle pool or soak in the gulf waters! Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas



Beach Access: Less than a minute drive to the Sea Isle beach access point.



Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.



WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.



Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.



Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.



WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.



Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.



Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren`t left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!



Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars on the driveway.



Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.



Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.



Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.



No Shady Beaches by BeachBox is a spacious home that offers the perfect location for both family gatherings and a quiet escape. Whether you`re planning a trip with extended family or a getaway with a group of friends, No Shady Beaches has wonderful accommodations to ensure the entire group is happy and comfortable.



On the main floor, you`ll find 2 bedrooms down the hall from the living area and kitchen. One features a luxurious king bed, ideal for a restful night`s sleep. Another boasts two twin-over-twin bunk beds making sleeping arrangements perfect for a couples or a small family. Enjoy ocean breezes from the charming front porch, a great spot for enjoying a cup of coffee. The third bedroom is upstairs from the living room and features another king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom.



With just a short drive or stroll to the Sea Isle Beach Access Point, you will be soaking in the rays or floating in the gulf conveniently within minutes. If salt water isn`t to your liking, check out the Sea Isle Community Pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day!
