We enjoyed the room. The path to beach was alittle hard for seniors but we loved the water. Did not get covered parking so do not think that was right but weather was good so not a problem.

It was a very impressive property. The pool and lazy river were so nice we didn't even go to the beach. The apartment was okay however the second bedroom advertised a queen bed but it was only a double. Not ideal for two adults to share. Check-in was also an issue as the rental management company had not emailed the front desk to allow access. This caused us to wait in an unairconditioned lobby for about 45min.

The resort property itself was beautiful, and that’s the only reason this review gets 2 stars. Unfortunately, the suite we stayed in was very poorly maintained and fell far short of expectations.Upon arrival, the floors were dirty with sand, hair, and dust bunnies. The bedding had hair on it before we had even used it, and there was hair on the towels as well. After showering, I found a long black hair on my body from the towel—it wasn’t mine or any of my friends’, as we all have braids or short hair.The kitchen towel provided for removing items from the oven burned through, resulting in my friend getting a second-degree burn on two fingers. The dishes were dirty upon arrival, and the dishwasher contained unwashed items. The utensils were tarnished and should be replaced. The refrigerator’s water dispenser only produced room-temperature/warm water, so we purchased bottled water instead.The balcony was unusable due to its condition—trash left from previous guests, bird droppings on the glass, stained and dingy cushions, and dark yellow circles on the floor. This was especially disappointing as the balcony was one of the main reasons we booked this property.The WiFi did not work for 3 of our 4 days, requiring us to leave the premises to work. Two men eventually had to replace the WiFi box entirely, but by then most of our stay had passed.Overall, while the condo resort itself is amazing, the suite was not clean, comfortable, or accurately represented in the listing.
