Step inside and feel instantly at home. The airy living room features a deep, down-wrapped sectional, a 65” Smart TV, and a large dining area that seats eight or more for family meals or game nights. (You’ll find plenty of board games tucked in the entertainment center!) A second breakfast table in the kitchen seats four, and outside, the balcony stretches over 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝘁, with seating for twelve — perfect for dining al fresco as you listen to the waves.

The 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 is made for gatherings, with granite counters, full-sized stainless appliances, a dedicated coffee bar, and thoughtful extras like a convection oven, plenty of wine glasses, and dishwasher-safe cookware — because you’re on vacation, after all.
