Bad communication
I would give this property a 5/5 if the owner would be fair and communicate well. We arrived to a dirty condo and when I contacted him he said “oops I forgot to tell the maids you were coming.” This was after we’d checked in with one another via a phone call and a text while on our way in to Galveston. I asked if he would waive the host fees to make up for the inconvenience and he said he would “see what he could do.” It’s been days now and I haven’t heard back from him. I’ve followed up twice and I’m being completely ignored. I recommend this complex, but not this owner. :(

Please find another property in the future. My staff bent over backwards to make you happy on this last minute booking. Yes I did get your message you would leave an excellent review if I would return some money to you. This is not how I operate. Feel free to read all the reviews over the last ten years as one of the very few 5 star host in Galveston.

Galveston beach stay!
This stay was fantastic! The condo was everything as described and we especially enjoyed having the 4 beach chairs and 4 beach towels, as well as a washer and dryer. Everything was clean and the contactless check in made it so easy. The pool was a huge hit for my kids! Also, a super easy walk across the street to the beach. Easy peasy check out that only required trash to be taken out, not a huge list of “to dos” upon checkout. Highly recommend this place!!

Location was great. It was at the end of the Seawall that was not busy so that was fantastic. Plenty space inside the condo for everyone to have their own time away from each other when needed. Beach towels and chairs and boogie boards available which is great. Beds were comfy. Living room furniture more so decor and not for comfort which you want comfort when chilling and sitting watching tv. Water pressure good in showers. Walmart right down the road. Ocean views amazing. Spoke with owner a few days before trip and he was very kind.

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

Beautiful views!
This condo was just as described. Beautiful views of the beach from the balcony. The property was clean, bright and easy to find and access. The property manager was very responsive and made check-in/out hassle free. The beach is just a walk across the street; and the fun piers and downtown shopping a few miles down the road. Would definitely return and recommend.

We saw these condos on a previous trip and knew it’s where we wanted to stay! The balconies, view, and location are all winners! We prefer this end of the sea wall- so much quieter!!!! Will stay here again!

Great host: The host ensured check-in process was very smooth. Beautiful views: Oceanfront view was beautiful. Nice location: Walkable to beach, very close to fun places like pier and Moody Gardens. Overall, it was fun for both kids and adults!

Girls Getaway
We all really enjoyed our stay here! Galveston is one of my favorite destinations. The property owner was very easy to communicate with, the instructions given were easy to follow for check in. The view was amazing, we sat on the balcony and had coffee in the mornings, and wine in the evening. The decor and furnishings were very nice, it looked new, so I think it was recently remodeled. It was very clean!! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect Location
We loved our stay! Location was perfect, not to far from "town" but close enough to get food and go out. Traffic was fine. You are high enough that it is not a problem. You can walk across the road and be at the beach! We did some early morning fishing and caught quite a few king fish. In the afternoon we used the boogie boards in the closet to ride the waves. John was great and has the place clean, working, and well stocked. Check out was great, just take out the trash and hit the road. I have already recommended this place to a bunch of people!

Very nice place and comfortable beds!
The view and breeze on the balcony was amazing!! We miss it already. The beds were very comfortable, so we were all able to rest well!! Clean and nice place. The only negative is the street between the condo and the beach, but at least you still get a great view😊.

Breathtaking view
We stayed at this property in March of 2022. The view is absolutely amazing. All of the beds had foam mattresses. A master bedroom with a king size bed is always appreciated. The laundry worked great and I believe it is essential to have laundry with a stay at the beach :) Mini golf, go karts, and a pier to fish on are both within walking distance. My husband and I stayed here with our 6 and 8 year old kids as well as our 18 year old nephew and it was a perfect place for the five of us. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the property owner - is that the pool is only heated in the summer months. We couldn’t use the pool as it was cold. However, the condo is amazing and we would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding VRBO
The condo is 3 bedroom/2 bath. Masterbedroom on front side of condo facing Gulf with two large windows that open. The master bedroom shares a wall with dining area/den which is large and spacious. Lots of windows and patio doors. There is a balcony that runs from den pass master bedroom that is easily accessible. We worried from the online photos that the balcolny was a Juliette balcolny that is so skinny you can hardly stand on it - but there was no reason to worry! Balcony is curved so adults can stand//sit in narrow section and there is plenty of room with bar table and chairs on the wider side. Balcolny and condo face Gulf and you can watch sunset/rise, hear waves, walk across highway to sandy beach. Really an excellent location. Close to everhthing (including a wonderful Warmart down the street) but far eno away that you don't hear wild noise at night. There is a pond directly behind the condo that was teeming with ducks and geese. This location has condos only that face the beach - no one blocks view of pond but you have to outside (nicely covered) walkway to see the wildlife. Great arrangement. Two elevators and one covered parking place and one uncovered. Very close to elevator. Well appointed - everything you need and the world's best VRBO washer and dryer. (We are "retired nomads" who only travel and have done this for 4 years and we stay in Hotels, VRBOs, B&B, etc. for a month or 2 or 3 as the mood strikes. And this was the BEST washer and dryer ever. No, I don't know why... Owner lives offsite and was readily accessible when we had a question and responded immediately. Excellent security, beatufiul pool (not heated) with shallow pool for children. Nice gym. Good tips: 1. Once inside the security gate, go pass the first entrance to garage. Continue down theramp and turn right which is where you will park. (save seconds and frustration.) 2. TV remote. If you want to go to Netflix, etc. You hold the button down and it will move up down left right Took me 2 days to figure this out but I'm 74. Netflix, Peacock, Prime all available. TV )big_ in every room. 3. Great water pressure/ and HOT water. (key criteria for happiness) 4. We did Happy Hour all week and tried different places. EASY to get to. All on Strand /,a street away from gulf and near ship channel. Liked: Willie G's, Katie's, Yaga's, Tremont Hotel downstairs (jazz band). Great hamburgers at Mels (inside Valero's Gas Station

Girlfriend Getaway
Three of us girlfriends wanted a beach getaway and this place was perfect! We each had our own bedrooms and beds are comfortable, place was very clean. The view to the ocean and quick walk across the street to the beach was the reason we picked it and couldn’t be happier. John was so great to work with and helped us learn how to go crab hunting for our first time. Would go back again!

Weekend getaway with patents
We rented this condo for a weekend getaway with my parents , age 85 and 84. It was perfect. The unit was near the elevator, for easy access. The unit was neat and well furnished. The owners were extremely attentive and helpful. We plan on making it a yearly trip and will definitely be staying at this property again.

Loved it! We’ll be back.
A balcony facing the ocean to greet the dawn and enjoy the sea breezes at sunset. A plush leather sofa and two recliners in the living room to watch TV with the family in the evening or individual TV’s in all three bedrooms for alone time. A very cute and well stocked kitchen, a table for six with additional seating at the counter. Plenty of room for my husband and I, plus our two adult sons to spread out. Boogie boards and beach chairs in the closet. Colorful, modern island decor. And peaceful at night so that everyone was well rested for the next day at the beach. Far enough from the crowds yet still convenient to everything with a short drive. We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this condo.

Great property
Great for the price. Decor was done well and kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well with essentials so that we didn’t have to go buy things like toilet paper etc. like the last one I stayed at. Loved the option of having 2 parking spaces and bed was comfy. The only amenity I wish it had was a hot tub but otherwise good. Owner Allison was great to talk to ahead of time and answered my questions.

Amazing!
The owners reached out to me the day of our check in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The condo has a beautiful floor plan. Each room is separated from each other giving privacy to every person that is using the room. The kitchen is great for conversation. Open concept! The view from the 7th floor balcony was spectacular. Allison was a delight. She has a fantastic personality and responds quick to calls. We are actually already booked for another weekend.

Spectacular
The condo is in a great location as it's quiet and the road in front is not busy 24/7. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Spectacular view. The pool is better in person than shown in the pictures. This property is a five star rental!

Only a few minutes drive to a nice golf course, walking distance to a fishing pier, gift shops, a couple restaurants (try the duck gumbo at Jimmy's), miniature golf, go-carts and a movie theater. However, must drive to get sandy beach access. Unit owner was very helpful.
