Welcome to My Blue Heaven — your family’s perfect coastal escape in the premier resort community of Pointe West. This beautiful custom‑built home now features a brand‑new, cool and refreshing private pool and relaxing hot tub, ready for you to unwind the moment you arrive. Designed with comfort in mind, My Blue Heaven accommodates up to 18 guests, giving everyone space to relax and reconnect.
(Please note: a maximum of 12 amenity wristbands are available.)

Soak up the beautiful coastal views from one of the spacious and relaxing balconies or the outdoor entertainment patio area. Located just two short blocks from one of the best beaches on the island, you will be having fun in the sun within minutes! My Blue Heaven is loaded with plenty of fun extras! Catch the latest game in the game room, equipped with a microwave & beverage center, or on the outdoor TV while relaxing with a drink at the bar or cooking a steak on the charcoal grill. Plenty of onsite parking is available to accommodate your vehicles.

The spacious design of My Blue Heaven offers several areas to come together or spread out and relax while soaking up spectacular coastal views! Get ready for memory making in the welcoming living room or stream your favorite show on the Smart TV as you unwind from a perfect day. You'll be the Top Chef in this fully stocked, gourmet kitchen offering many thoughtful extras such as a Margaritaville margarita maker, air fryer, panini maker, & crockpot. When bedtime calls, you will rest peacefully in one of 4 bedrooms, offering a king bed in the primary, as well as king beds in the secondary and third bedrooms. The 4th bedroom offers fun double sets of queen over queen bunkbeds, 4 in total! Each bedroom features a Smart TV for late-night viewings. There is additionally a queen bed in the upstairs loft. For families with little ones, there is a pack n' play & high chair provided.
*For your security and safety this home is equipped with exterior cameras.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

•     Check in: 4 PM
•     Check out: 10 AM
•     Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
•     All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
•     Minimum age requirement: 26+
•     No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
