A $40 resort fee per reservation, payable only by credit card directly at the front office upon check-in, grants you access to a range of amenities, including covered parking for up to two vehicles (as available), two swimming pools, two hot tubs, a lighted tennis court, a well-equipped fitness center, barbecue and picnic areas with a pavilion, and onsite laundry rooms that accept credit cards. Please note that pets are not allowed, and guests have access to the entire unit, except for housekeeping and owner's closets. The resort fee applies to stays up to 7 days.

Neighborhood — Seawall / West Galveston
Located on Seawall Boulevard facing the Gulf of Mexico. The area is a long, continuous beachfront promenade with hotels, condo towers and casual dining. Nearby points of interest within a short drive: Moody Gardens and its aquarium/exhibits, Pleasure Pier and the Strand Historic District (downtown shopping/entertainment) to the east, and local grocery/retail clustered near 61st–65th Streets. The vibe is tourist-oriented and family-friendly with easy beach access and frequent seasonal events.

Getting around — local transit & options
Driving: most convenient; street parking and building parking vary by property. Seawall Boulevard is the main east–west coastal road.
Public transit: Galveston Island Transit operates local bus routes on the island; service is limited compared with a major city and can be slower for late-night or off-season travel.
Trolley & shuttles: seasonal tourist trolley and private shuttle services operate during peak times and events.
Rideshare/taxi: Uber/Lyft and local taxi companies serve Galveston but availability can be lower during big events; rental car recommended for flexibility.
Walkability: Good for immediate Seawall/ beach, restaurants and nearby shops, but attractions like Moody Gardens or the Strand are a short drive or bus ride away.

Important Note:
Our Suite is a quiet Hideaway designed for a relaxing getaway. Our beautiful suite is not appropriate for the party scene, loud disturbances, inappropriate behavior or breaking Resort/Suite rules. NO Smoking of any kind permitted. We, unfortunately, cannot ban other condo owners or guests from smoking in the vicinity, and guests should, of course be aware of this.
Please keep in mind that Galveston is a humid Subtropical Climate. Its amazingly lush and full of life! That being said, you can expect to experience many different types of animal life, including a variety of insects on occasion. This is a natural phenomenon and part of Island living.

We can make an occasional adjustment, depending on the day and check-in schedule. ALL Guests must be registered with us and the Front Desk.

We require a valid Government ID that matches the name and picture on your Airbnb profile. Failure to upload your ID and/or present at check-in will result in denial of entry. You will not receive a refund. We want you to relax and enjoy every second here!
Please be sure to disclose all guests prior to check in (limit 8).
Galveston and the Victorian have strict guidelines concerning number of guests.
A violation will end your contract and you will be asked to vacate.

To support our commitment to sustainability, we’ve provided a starter set of fresh towels in your room, tailored to the number of guests. If you’d like to reuse them, simply hang them on the hooks or bars provided—this small act helps us conserve energy and protect our beautiful island environment.

We’ve also included 3 complimentary pool towels to help lighten your luggage and keep you refreshed during your stay!

Need laundry service? No problem! Our guest laundry facilities (located in each building) are equipped with card-operated washers and dryers—just swipe your debit or credit card, and you’re all set.

RULES:
Due to our beachside location, certain amenities such as the pool, hot tubs, and others may occasionally require maintenance or become temporarily unavailable. In such cases, refunds cannot be issued by us. Any refund for these amenities is entirely at the discretion of the HOA and are issued by them, max refund $40 resort fee.
Please be sure to obtain your parking pass(es), up to 2 vehicles at the Front Desk Lobby. The 1 time Resort fee is $40 per stay (up to 7 days). One time for your entire party and includes your tropical pool passes, all amenities and 24 hour security.

Trash shoots are located at the end of each breezeway. Please dispose of garbage pail waste before checking out. A $25 trash disposal fee will be charged if trash is not disposed of properly.
Trash chute is located down the breezeway towards the front elevator.

Please start the dishwasher before departure. We will put the dishes and silverware in their appropriate places. 😃

Soiled towels should be HUNG to dry for laundering at checkout time. PLEASE Do NOT place linens on the floor. 🙂

Quiet time at the Resort is 10pm to 8am. Pool closes at 10 PM.

Absolutely no smoking anywhere in the condo.
We have regular guests that have allergies and we are a 100% smoke free getaway! A deodorizing fee of $250 will be charged if we detect smoke odors.

Please do NOT make up beds upon checkout.😃 You're on vacation and our team will take care of this!

We love pets, but the Victorian Condominiums Resort has a STRICT NO PETS POLICY. Please do NOT bring your fur babies!🙂
TRUE SERVICE animals are the ONLY EXCEPTION.
ESAs MUST HAVE A LEGITIMATE ESA LETTER FROM A LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL. We reserve the right to have this letter provided at the time of check-in. Obtained ONLINE CARDS or VESTS are NOT OFFICIAL WITHOUT THIS LETTER. Thank you. 🙂

ONLY the ACTUAL number of registered guests are permitted in the Suite. Any violation of this rule will result in loss of deposit and your party will be asked to leave the premises. We value honesty and the City code regulations. Thank you for your cooperation. If you are visiting friends/family and would like to invite them during the hours of 10am-10pm please let us know in advance. We understand many of our new friends may be visiting loved ones.


Host is not responsible for any personal items left in suite. Whenever possible if an item is recovered, we are happy to return it to you at your expense.

Kindly note: The soothing salt air brings tranquility to our souls but poses challenges to our buildings and mechanical structures. Please note, occasional maintenance work may be underway on-site, impacting amenities like pools, elevator or hot tubs. However, with two pools and two hot tubs, HOA management strive to minimize disruptions and keep at least one available at all times. Should any issues arise during your stay, please reach out to us directly for assistance.
