The community pool at Jamaica Beach is located next to the City Park at the corner of Jolly Roger Road and Bob Smith Road, just 10 minutes away. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, Tuesday through Sunday, from 10 AM to 8 PM (weather permitting). Admission is $5 per person for those over age 6. Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
