Leider hängt die Straße nicht von uns allen in Borgo Mummialla ab! Gemeinde Gambassi ist verantwortlich und trotz E-mails, Briefe, Anrufe schon ab letzten Herbst, ist nichts gemacht worden! Weitere Anfragen werden noch gemacht und wir hoffen bald eine Lösung zu finden! Inzwischen muss man langsam fahren ! Bin etwas traurig dass ich nur 3 Sterne als Bewertung bekomme für etwas das nicht meine Verantwortung ist und mit dem wir alle im Dorf momentan frustriert sind!!! Liebe Gäste! Ich freue mich, dass Sie einen schönen Aufenthalt hatten. Wie Sie erwähnen verbringen die Gäste viel Zeit am Pool oder unterwegs und persönlich liebe ich den Garten „hinten raus“ mit willkommenen Schatten nachmittags wenn es heiss ist! Der Wlan ist im Hochsaison etwas langsamer wenn das Dorf sehr beschäftigt ist und dies obwohl die höchste Geschwindigkeit vorhanden ist. Zu viele Gäste laden Filme auf zum Beispiel Ich merke dies auch ab und zu wenn ich dort bin! Ich bedanke mich für Ihre gute Bewertung und wünsche Ihnen alles Gute. !

Die kleinen Landstraßen in der Toskana sind unter Verantwortung der Gemeinden und trotz Wunsch und viele Anfragen, bekommt man nicht die Erlaubnis sie zu asphaltieren!!! Würde mich sehr freuen wenn sich dies ändern könnte! Die Firma in Volterra die für Internetverbindung verantwortlich ist arbeitet zur Zeit im Dorf um die Verbindung zu verbessern. Wir alle hoffen auf zuverlässige Leistungen! Wichtig ist es dass Sie Ruhe und Entspannung genossen haben und dies freut mich sehr! Alles Gute und freundliche Grüsse

Wir können dies sehr schnell korrigieren und ich rufe sofort bei der Vertreter-Familie an sodass Sie es sofort behandeln! Es tut mir leid, es war noch nie passiert. My representatives confirmed to me how you expressed being happy with your stay!! So all I will say here is that I love having guests at my apartments especially when I have the pleasure to meet them personally and have had the opportunity, when I could be there in my own private place, to meet quite a few of them. Families with small or teenage children and/or couples, who ALL enjoyed the apartment which is one of the 3 biggest in the village, with all equipment available for a good stay. My representatives are there to help you with any special needs or problems you may encounter. All it takes is an SMS or a phone call to them, asking for assistance. I trust the representative family to welcome you in a spotless and super clean apartment and that has been confirmed to me by other guests and by the ones presently staying there now, also for three weeks. I exchange mails with my guests, answer all the questions they may have regarding their stay and have them assisted by my representatives once they are on location. My apartment is equipped with cleaning tools and if guests do not feel like cleaning for themselves during a long stay, my representative is willing to do so for them. It is normal that she will be asking a fee for this. It's an apartment rental, not an hotel. Thank heavens, all my other guests have loved staying there and expressed themselves accordingly. In fact I remain in contact with some of them I had the pleasure to meet and some have returned also. I am very grateful for guests from many different countries booking my two apartments - the other one is by the little chapel - and I am much pleased that they feel comfortable in either one of the two places.
