The Boat House is vanaf juli 2019 beschikbaar voor huurders!

We gingen op vakantie en bestudeerden vakantiehuizen voor grote gezinnen en namen aantekeningen toen we onze plannen maakten. We hopen dat ons huis je thuis wordt als je geniet van wat meer tijd! Accommodaties omvatten een grote open atrium grote kamer, eetkamer en keuken. De meeste hutten zijn niet geschikt voor de hele groep binnen in de winter of bij slecht weer. Onze eetzaal biedt een open ruimte voor iedereen om samen te eten of spelletjes te spelen en het beste deel is dat je tijdens het eten zelfs een panoramisch uitzicht hebt vanuit de eetkamer! Als u liever buiten eet, hebben we een leuning met pass-through-ramen in de keuken en een rondom gelegen terras met een onovertroffen uitzicht, een grote grill en een glijbaan naar het lagere niveau. De keuken is goed gevuld voor al uw kookbehoeften met twee afwasmachines, een dubbele oven en uw reservering wordt zelfs geleverd met maaltijdideeën en boodschappenlijstjes om uw hele gezin te voeden terwijl u hier bent. Er is een grote inloopkast voor bakken, koelers en een tweede koelkast om alles wat u nodig heeft te organiseren en uit de weg te houden. Toen we bij Bear Lake kwamen, probeerden we namen op bekers te schrijven en eindigden we toch in een paar dagen door honderden papieren bekertjes! Een drinkfontein met flesvuller bespaart extra extra borden / papieren bekers en is zo handig. De wasruimte heeft twee wasmachines en twee drogers.
The Boat House heeft twee grote slaapkamers. Een op het hoofdniveau en een op het tweede verhaal. Ze hebben allebei walk-out balkon's om te genieten van een vroege ochtend zonsopgangen over het meer. Zes van de slaapkamers in het Boat House hebben een fantastisch uitzicht op het meer!
Je slaapt comfortabel in bijpassend beddengoed en dekbedden. Weet je dat de meeste vakantiehuisjes geen dekens wassen? Bij het Boat House zullen we driedubbele lakens gebruiken met onze dekbedden, zodat we in je witte dekbed kunnen kruipen, wetende dat het schoon is.
Je kinderen en kleinkinderen zullen dol zijn op de kelder met de Boat Bunk Room en Bear Bunk Room. Het open theater, de speelkamer, de bar en de speelkamer onder de trap, laten iedereen genieten van iets anders en zijn nog steeds samen genieten van elkaars gezelschap. Met een extra drinkfontein in de kelder mogen de kinderen nooit naar boven komen! De theaterruimte is ingesteld voor surround sound, Nintendo-schakelaar, 135-inch scherm met een projector en toegang tot films op Netflix en Amazon prime-je kunt zelfs nieuwe releases huren!
Wanneer u thuis komt van het meer, afspoelen in de buitendouche of naar het onderste terras om op te warmen in uw eigen bubbelbad of rond de gashaard.

Wij houden u op de hoogte van lokale evenementen tijdens uw verblijf en informatie over onze favoriete dingen om te doen in Bear Lake, zoals wandelen, fietsen, varen en natuurlijk ontspannen op het strand.

Uw verblijf is inclusief gebruik van strandhanddoeken, paddleboards, reddingsvesten, zandspeelgoed, tennisrackets, tandem-, mountainbike- en kinderfietsen, een dubbele fietskar, buitenspellen en indoorspellen, ballen, sneeuwschoenen, koelers, strandstoelen, shampoo en conditioner, en meer. Alles wat u hoeft te bieden is eten en uw zwemkleding!

Er is echt iets geweldigs aan de tijd doorgebracht samen op het meer. We helpen je graag met het plannen van herinneringen die je kinderen en kleinkinderen voor altijd zullen onthouden!

* The Boat House is een gezinsvriendelijk huis en staat geen drinkpartijen toe. Onmiddellijke uitzetting en verbeurdverklaring van de borg zijn van toepassing.

* We helpen u graag met informatie over verhuur van boten / apparatuur. Als u een boot of trailer van welke aard dan ook meeneemt, laat het ons weten en wij helpen u bij het regelen van parkeren in de jachthaven. Het boothuis heeft wel een bocht op de oprit die het parkeren van deze items op het terrein zou kunnen bemoeilijken.

* Elke indicatie van roken of dieren ergens op het terrein verbeurt de borg en veroorzaakt ook onmiddellijke uitzetting.

* Gelegen in Harbour Village dicht bij het fietspad en toegang tot het zwembad, tennisbanen en hot tub.

Bear Lake 2025

This is such a beautiful home with plenty of room for everything. The double washers, dryers and dishwashers make such a difference. We had two babies under the age of one and several other young kids. Everyone loved this space. There was plenty of room for crafts and still had room for meals and food. We loved this property and can't wait to come back again next year. The nights on the deck were so beautiful. We really enjoyed all the outdoor furniture and being able to enjoy the sunsets. Bear Lake is mesmerizing!

The house is gorgeous! The view was spectacular! The house was very clean, very well-equipped and could easily handle our large crowd of 35. It was well-thought out with fun lofts, almost hidden nooks, and extra equipment, such as bikes and lake equipment, for our use. The owner was very responsive to our questions, and it was conveniently located. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. Our time there will be a treasured memory for our whole family.

We had a wonderful stay here for our family reunion! There was 26 of us and we had all we needed here. TP and soap and shampoo stuff was all stocked up. The bunk beds were bigger than we expected and the rope beds are thankfully fully attached to the ground, the ropes are just for looks. Speaking of looks, the Boat House is beautiful and has an amazing view of Bear Lake. We had tons of space to hang out on the deck or in the great room and kitchen area. I loved that there were 3 booth tables to sit at in addition to a large dining table. There's also 2 dishwashers. There's a huge fridge, and a huge pantry with a spare fridge. Everyone also loved the 2 drinking fountains in the house, with the kitchen fountain including a bottle filling feature. I also made use of some of the beach equipment and golf clubs they had for checkout. Be prepared to navigate the driveway, it's very steep and has narrow turns, but we took our trucks and a suburban up and down it every day. I highly recommend getting some boating in if you are staying here, the lake is amazing. We booked a slip at the Marina, which is 5 minutes down the hill. Since we stayed in July, we had to get a bunch of us to try to reserve the slip at the same time and got lucky. I think they open the reservation window at 8am, 3 months in advance. The host, Brooke, was very responsive and answered a million questions. I really wish I could come back and relax here for the rest of the summer!

Beautiful home!

The home is open and well planned, lots of room, great kitchen that is easy to work in with many other people. Huge fridge, and good second fridge. Lots of table space for meals. It accommodates many and has such a wonderful view of the lake. I love the home! The driveway is a bit of a challenge, as I read in other reviews, but it is okay, and we still fit our seven cars with a bit of effort. There were a few things we needed to contact the host about and she responded quickly and took care of them. It’s one I would rent again.

Family Vacation House Bear Lake Beautiful Views

This is a beautiful home with many amenities, the kitchen especially had all the things you need and more. Double dishwashers, refrigerators and garbage bins were great. The views are breathtaking and there was plenty of room for our group of 22 to enjoy. The older children enjoyed the game room and we had a family movie night enjoying the big screen. We loved, loved, loved the water fountains with the bottle fills. Communication with manager was great and thanks for leaving s'mores ingredients for us--we enjoyed making s'mores over firepit. The slide was a big hit with the children. It was so nice to have beach towels and chairs available to use. A couple of things: the driveway is very scary because of the steepness and the angles. As a grandparent, I like furniture with more comfort, higher back chairs, sofas to relax in. The majority of the furiture is low back and not that comfortable to sit in. The number of helmets didn't match the number of bikes. The mattresses in both masters were very difficult to sleep on because they were so hard. All in all this is a very very nice vacation home that we would definitely rent again.

The BEST vacation home for our family!!

We had 15 of us and this house is AMAZING!! It’s so clean and beautiful, has tons of room for everyone to have their own space, super well stocked, and so much to do at the house! The theatre room was awesome and the kids enjoyed the games and just playing on the deck. The view from the house is spectacular! The check in and check out is easy and Brooke is very very nice and very prompt in responding. She’s excellent to work with! Having two ovens, two fridges, two washers and dryers, four kitchen garbages, two drinking fountains, etc. was perfect!! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this house was! The only thing I would change if I could was the driveway. It’s a challenge for larger vehicles. But, a perfect home! Thank you, Brooke! We loved our stay!

Perfect Reunion House!

No one can stop raving about this place. Every person in every age group had an absolutely wonderful time. The deck and view were the absolute favorites, not to mention the amazing kitchen, living room, gathering areas, movie theater - we loved it all! We would do this every year. Perfect for our family reunion

When we pulled up to the home, it was clear we had made an excellent decision for the location of our family reunion at Bear Lake, Utah. The home was clean and functional, the bedrooms were spacious and everyone was thrilled to have their own beds and space. Our favorite part of the entire house was the kitchen! Hello booth seating! This is what set this house apart from all others I looked at. There was a seat at a table for EVERY SINGLE person (a group of 26 people)! Brilliant. All of the amenities were enjoyed, the huge deck overlooking the lake, the slide from deck to lower level, the game area, the theater room. The location was wonderful, a bit high on the hill but that made for better views, we were even able to park 7 cars in the driveway with some clever maneuvering. Literally everything was provided from kitchen wares to beach chairs. I can’t recommend this home more, it was PERFECT. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home.

5-Class Living!!!

This property is better than the pictures! Our 30-member family was stunned with the open space and cleanliness of this property! The kitchen was incredible with the extra garbage cans and 2 dishwashers. The refrigerator was huge, with an extra fridge in the pantry. This is the quintessential lake house! All the windows and balcony showcase the beautiful lake. Indoors or outdoors, we were never too far from views of the lake. The cousins loved all the nooks and crannies and were thrilled for good spaces to play hide-and-go-seek! The theatre room and 3 large booths (kitchen tables) were favorites for the teenagers. The property was extremely well stocked with beach equipment. Our time at the beach was spent digging in the sand with sand toys, paddling with the paddle boards, and relaxing under the pop-up tent with the lawn chairs. The time was absolutely priceless - in large part due to the stellar accommodations!

Summer vacation home

Such a beautiful home. The driveway was not the most ideal place to park. We had 6 cars parked and we all had to move our cars to get a single car out. When we got there, the hot tub had not been cleaned and it didn’t work because the water wasn’t high enough for the jets to work. I got in contact with the owner and she promptly sent over someone to clean it. She waived the hot tub cleaning fee. We couldn’t find the meat thermometer so we asked the owner where it was and she called the local store and had one ready for pick up within the hour. Great communication with owner. We would rent from her again.

The house is great. Plenty of room for large groups. We spent one day sledding and 2 days cross country skiing. Hot tub was fun while it was snowing. Great theater room for gaming and movies. We would definitely stay here again.

Dream stay!!

Could not have had a better experience here! Throughout our vacation everyone in my family kept saying “we’ve never stayed at a better home!” and it’s true. Brooke even welcomed us with a bunch of s’more goodies which was so so sweet! Parking was tricky at first but we all figured it out quickly and Brooke was helpful to tell us the best way to arrange the cars we had. We brought our bikes and it was really fun going down and on the path next to the lake but going up? Plan on walking your bike back haha - very steep! We didn’t end up using our bikes as much as we wanted just because of the steep hills. But that’s nothing against the house - it’s just something to note. We had everything we needed during our stay. Plenty of cooking items, seasonings, utensils, towels, games, toys, equipment, etc. The kitchen was a dream - the 2 dishwashers really came in clutch. We loved the water bottle fountain. This saved us on so many plastic cups and dishes since everyone just brought their own water bottles. I could go on and on about this home and how much we loved it and working with Brooke!! We would love to return!!

Great views of Bear Lake

This is a great property in a semi-great location. I say that because we had a big group and managing the parking on a very steep and narrow driveway was a daily challenge. We had the maximum number of vehicles allowed and it was time consuming to continually move vehicles in and out to get people where they wanted to go. If you have fewer vehicles, this wouldn’t be as much of an issue. The immediate area around the property is rather useless because the lot is small and situated on a very steep hill. This was partially offset by a fabulous deck and porch with million-dollar views of the lake. Any group outdoor activity, however had to take place someplace else. We knew that going in, however. The house under construction right next door is an eyesore. That will resolve itself with time. Inside the property was great with multiple amenities for everyone to have fun. We had some power issues the first day, but the hosts were very responsive in getting those fixed. It’s a spacious, beautiful house with lots of amenities including a nicely stocked kitchen ( cooking gear). The owners/hosts were great to work with with timely communication. I would recommend this property to anyone who likes to have fun at Bear Lake and surrounding areas.

Successful family reunion

We had a group of about 30 family members and they all had a great time. There was plenty of room for kids to play and for us to gather for meals and games. We had three people with specific food allergies and we really appreciated that there was a separate refrigerator in the pantry that they could use exclusively. We also liked that it was a two minute drive to the grocery store and to other shops in the area. We watched movies and played games in the theater, made s’mores around the fire pit, and especially loved relaxing on the deck. Then there was the view. Wow. Often we would sit on the deck just to enjoy the view of the beautiful lake and surrounding area. Everyone loved their stay.

Magical!

The property is just as described. The kids were so happy with all of the amenities that they weren't that interested in leaving to go to the lake or pool. The driveway was just part of the adventure! Everyone in our group had an enjoyable stay.
